There are about 173942 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in United States. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This is a Phase 1/2 study of PF-06747775 as a single agent and in combination with other cancer treatments in patients with advanced EGFRm NSCLC. The overall clinical study consists of a Phase 1 single agent dose-escalation and expansion part to determine the RP2D of PF-06747775 single agent in patients with previously-treated EGFRm NSCLC followed by sequential evaluations of PF-06747775 at the RP2D in 3 different clinical scenarios as detailed below: - Cohort 1: Phase 2 evaluation of PF-06747775 as a single agent in previously untreated patients with advanced EGFRm NSCLC, - Cohort 2: Phase 1b single arm evaluation of PF-06747775 in combination with palbociclib (Cohort 2A) followed by Phase 2 randomized evaluation of PF 06747775 in combination with palbociclib vs PF-06747775 single agent (Cohort 2B) in previously-treated patients with EGFRm NSCLC with a secondary T790M mutation (del 19 and T790M or L858R and T790M), and - Cohort 3: Phase 1b evaluation of PF-06747775 in combination with avelumab in previously-treated patients with EGFRm NSCLC with a secondary T790M mutation (del 19 and T790M or L858R and T790M).
The objective of this clinical study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of three different doses of BHR-200 (0.36% transdermal estradiol gel) compared to placebo for the maintenance of testosterone (T) suppression in men with advanced androgen-sensitive prostate cancer.
This is a Phase 2 study designed for the purpose of estimating various parameters surrounding the efficacy of Clofarabine, Cyclophosphamide and Etoposide in eliminating minimal residual disease (MRD) in acute leukemia patients otherwise in remission and without causing significant delay of HCT due to treatment related toxicity. A single course of "bridge" chemotherapy is given prior to the transplant procedure as an approach to improved disease-free survival in a patient group who historically has had inferior outcomes.
This study will be conducted in three parts. Part A is a dose-escalation study to determine two safe and tolerable doses of ASN001 for men with metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer. Part A will also characterize the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of the ASN001 through blood sampling. Subjects in Part B will receive one of two doses identified in Part A to determine which one is more effective, and collect additional pharmacokinetic data. Part C is an extension for subjects completing either Part A or B.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of X-82 in the treatment of vision loss due to wet AMD.
This study evaluates long-term safety and effectiveness of primary sinus surgery in a real-world population of adults with chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) or recurrent acute rhinosinusitis (RARS). This post-market study will evaluate sinus surgery performed using commercially available sinus instrumentation (e.g. sinus balloon catheters, powered microdebriders, manual instruments).
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of humanized IgG4 (kappa) isotype monoclonal antibody against CEACAM1 (CM-24 [MK-6018]), administered intravenously as monotherapy and in combination with Pembrolizumab (MK-3475), in participants with selected advanced or recurrent malignancies. Escalating multiple doses will be evaluated to determine the recommended dose for Phase 2 clinical studies.
The purpose of this trial is to characterize the safety profile and preliminary activity of high-dose MYDICAR® in persons with advanced heart failure when added to their maximal and optimized therapy.
A Phase 1b study for participants with Stage IIIB/IV Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) to participate in 1 of 2 portions of this study. The first portion is Dose Escalation in which participants are tested with PEGPH20 at various doses (1.6, 3.0, 2.2 and 2.8 micrograms/kilogram (ug/kg)) in addition to dosing with the standard dose of docetaxel (PDoc) of 75 milligrams/meter squared (mg/m^2) once every 21-day cycle. Based on observations on the safety and tolerability of study treatment from dose escalation cohorts dosed to date (1.6 and 3.0 ug/kg of PEGPH20), two additional dose levels will be tested, 2.2 and 2.8 ug/kg. Up to 30 additional participants may be enrolled to test these dose levels. The second portion of Phase 1b is Cohort Expansion in which the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of PDoc identified in dose escalation is administered every 21 days to approximately 50 participants with high hyaluronan (HA-high) prospectively measured in their tumor tissue.
The proposed study will determine whether Tai Chi is an effective and practical intervention to improve overall function and lower health care utilization in an expensive, vulnerable population of seniors that is more representative of many US communities than those previously studied. If the results are favorable, our study will also provide the necessary training and protocol manuals to replicate Tai Chi programs in senior housing facilities across the nation to help prevent, better manage, and overcome frailty among seniors.
