There are about 173942 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in United States. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This is a pilot study of patients who previously received platinum chemotherapy with recurrent SCLC to evaluate the change in the ratio of intratumoral Teff/Treg cells and clinical benefit of treatment with nivolumab and ipilimumab.
This study evaluates KRT-232, a novel oral small molecule inhibitor of MDM2, for the treatment of patients with phlebotomy-dependent polycythemia vera (PV). Inhibition of MDM2 in PV is a new mechanism of action in PV. In Part A, patients must be resistant or intolerant to hydroxyurea or have undergone treatment with interferon. In Part B, patients must be resistant or intolerant to hydroxyurea. This study is a global, open-label Phase 2a/2b study to determine the efficacy and safety of KRT-232. In Part A of the study, patients will be randomly assigned to 5 arms with 2 different doses and 3 different dosing schedules of KRT 232. In Part B of the study, patients will be randomized either to treatment with KRT-232 administered at the recommended dose and schedule from Part A or to treatment with ruxolitinib.
This will be a blinded, placebo-controlled, randomized, phase 2 study in which subjects will be randomly assigned 1:1 to cemiplimab plus placebo or cemiplimab plus ISA101b.
Study Design: Ninety children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), between the ages of 2 to less than 7 years, and their parents will be recruited for this 10 week randomized clinical trial. Participants will be randomized to five individually delivered sessions of Sleep Parent Training (SPT) or five individually delivered sessions of Sleep Parent Education (SPE). Delivery of the programs will be via telehealth platform which also includes parent-child coaching in real-time. In addition to baseline, outcome measures will be collected at week 5 (midpoint of trial) and week 10 (endpoint of trial) as well as follow-up at week 16 to determine durability of treatment.

The purpose of the study is to determine the clinical outcomes and survivorship of robotic-arm assisted medial bicompartmental knee arthroplasty at two, five, seven and ten years postoperative.
The purpose of this study is to document the clinical outcomes of partial knee replacement surgery using robotic-arm assisted knee joint surgery at 3 weeks, 6 weeks, 12 weeks, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years and 10 years post operative.
