Start date: December 14, 2023
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 3, open-label, randomized trial designed to evaluate the RFS of TURBT followed by cretostimogene grenadenorepvec versus TURBT followed by observation for the treatment of participants with IR-NMIBC.

NCT ID: NCT06111131 Recruiting - Small Bowel Disease Clinical Trials

NCT ID: NCT06111053 Recruiting - Obesity Clinical Trials

Trial for Harm Reduction With Incentives & Vaping E-cigarettes

THRIVE
Start date: October 2, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to provide preliminary information on the effect of electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS) provisions and contingent incentives (CI) on smoking in individuals with overweight/obesity who smoke cigarettes (SWO). All participants will be provided information on the comparative risk of ENDS relative to cigarette smoking, and a randomized group of participants will be provided ENDS provisions for 6 weeks. All participants will complete breath samples for 28 days to measure their exhaled carbon monoxide and will either receive fixed incentives for sample completion or receive varying incentives contingent on their carbon monoxide levels. Researchers will compare groups to understand the effect of each condition on smoking-related behavior.

NCT ID: NCT06111040 Recruiting - Parenting Clinical Trials

Nurturing Needs Study: Parenting Food Motivated Children

Start date: September 7, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

High food motivation among children is trait-like and increases risks of unhealthy dietary intake and obesity. Scientific knowledge of how parenting can best support healthy eating habits and growth among children who are predisposed to overeating is surprisingly limited. This investigation will identify supportive food parenting approaches for obesity prevention that address the needs of highly food motivated children.

NCT ID: NCT06111027 Recruiting - Spasmodic Dysphonia Clinical Trials

Usability of Vibro-tactile Stimulation to Treat Spasmodic Dysphonia

Start date: September 20, 2023
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The general aim of the study is to provide evidence for usability and feasibility of applying vibro-tactile stimulation (VTS) at home as a non-invasive form of neuromodulation to improve speech in people with spasmodic dysphonia (SD). This work addresses a clinical need to develop alternative or auxiliary treatments for a rare voice disorder with very limited treatment options. Successful completion of the proposed work will be an important step in advancing laryngeal VTS as a therapeutic intervention for improving voice symptoms in SD.

NCT ID: NCT06111014 Enrolling by invitation - Clinical trials for Neurodegenerative Diseases

Continuation Study for Latozinemab

Start date: December 8, 2023

NCT ID: NCT06110806 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder

Family-Based Interoceptive Exposure for Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder

Start date: October 17, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This project aims to establish the feasibility and acceptability of a comprehensive mind and body intervention; specifically a mindfulness-based interoceptive exposure (MBIE) for families of youth diagnosed with avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID). This project will: (1) explore the feasibility of recruitment, retention, and data collection procedures with youth with ARFID at end of treatment, (2) establish the acceptability and adherence of the MBIE intervention, and (3) evaluate the number of MBIE sessions required to observe changes in the number of foods avoided and mindfulness skills.
