Evaluation of Once-Daily PRM125 On Ambulatory Blood Pressure in Adults with Hypertension
This study of NFX-179 is an open-label study, evaluating safety, tolerability, pharmacodynamic activity, and the clinical effect in subjects with Epidermal Nevus(ENS). NFX-179 is formulated as a gel for topical administration. NFX-179 has been shown in animal studies and in human extracts to suppress p-ERK with systemic absorption of NFX-179 following topical application to be extremely low, based on serum values observed in animal studies. Primary objectives: - To determine the pharmacodynamic activity of NFX-179 Gel as defined by suppression of phospho-ERK (p-ERK) levels in Target EN in treatment group after 12 weeks of once-daily (QD) application - To determine the safety and tolerability of treatment with NFX-179 Gel 1.50% applied QD for 12 weeks. Secondary objectives: -Clinical effect of NFX-179 Gel 1.5% defined as the percent change in EN volume after 12 weeks of QD application

NUV-422-04 is an open-label Phase 1b/2 dose escalation and expansion study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of NUV-422 in combination with enzalutamide. The study population is comprised of adults with mCRPC. Patients will self-administer NUV-422 and 160 mg enzalutamide orally in 28-day cycles. Patients will be treated until disease progression, toxicity, withdrawal of consent, or termination of the study.
NUV-422-03 is a randomized, non-comparative Phase 1/2 dose escalation and expansion study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of NUV-422 in combination with fulvestrant relative to NUV-422 monotherapy and fulvestrant monotherapy. The study population is comprised of adults with HR+HER2- aBC. Patients will self-administer NUV-422 orally in 28-day cycles and receive 500 mg fulvestrant intramuscularly (IM) on Days 1 and 15 of Cycle 1 and Day 1 of every cycle thereafter. Patients will be treated until disease progression, toxicity, withdrawal of consent, or termination of the study.
Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a common and impairing problem among Veterans, many of whom first seek treatment in primary care settings. PTSD is linked to reduced quality of life and increased rates of suicide. Additionally, social support, defined as the availability of others to provide emotional or practical support when needed, is frequently poor for Veterans with PTSD. For Veterans with PTSD, poor social support negatively impacts PTSD treatment engagement and outcomes, interfering with PTSD recovery. There is a need for additional brief, primary care-based treatments for PTSD that also work to improve social support in traumatized Veterans. The proposed research seeks to evaluate and refine such an intervention and establish a protocol for routinely measuring social support to inform treatment. This intervention and measurement protocol will likely improve Veterans' mental health and social relationships.
The investigators hypothesize that TrueRelief will result in improved outcomes for patients with shoulder pain compared to those receiving the sham TrueRelief treatment. Also, it is likely that those with fewer medical comorbidities will experience the greatest improvement.
This is a multicenter, non-randomized, open-label, phase I/II study to evaluate the safety and tolerability of AMG 510 plus MVASI in subjects with advanced KRAS p.G12C mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with small, untreated brain metastases.
This study is designed to examine whether olanzapine (2.5 to 20mg/day) impacts opioid use in patients with opioid use disorder and comorbid SMI symptoms who are taking buprenorphine-naloxone. The specified outcomes (e.g., illicit opioid use, other drug use, sleep, MAT adherence, withdrawal and craving, thought and mood disorder symptoms) on olanzapine will be examined within-subjects for change (improvement) across the trial. Approximately 48 subjects will be enrolled. After enrollment, subjects will complete safety and baseline assessments and will be assigned open-label to 9-weeks olanzapine. Olanzapine will then be tapered over a 1-week period (or maintained if clinically indicated). Urines will be collected 2x/week throughout. The study has 4 distinct phases: 1) Screening (approx. 1-2 wks); 2) Baseline and Medication Initiation Visit (1 visit; includes safety, baseline and phenotyping measures, study medication dispensed) 3) Outpatient treatment (9 wks; 2 visits/wk, includes daily olanzapine and daily buprenorphine-naloxone (through the participants usual community treatment site and on-medication phenotyping measures); 4) Follow-up visit (1 wk after last dose of study medication).
The purpose of this research is to help determine if use of the Guardian brace during prehab and post-op rehab after TKA can help improve functional outcomes and reduce the incidence of post-operative flexion contractures which reduce knee range of motion after surgery.
