There are about 173942 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in United States. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The goal of this clinical trial is to compare different doses of AURN001 in patients with corneal edema secondary to corneal endothelial dysfunction. The main questions the clinical trial aims to answer are whether AURN001 effective and safe. Participants will receive a single injection of AURN001. A comparison between low, medium, and high doses of AURN001 against the contribution of each element, cells alone and Y27632 alone, will be conducted to determine the effects on corneal edema.
The main purpose of this study is to determine the effect of LY3437943 when administered subcutaneously on the levels of combined oral contraceptive (COC) ethinyl estradiol and drospirenone in the blood stream in postmenopausal female participants who are overweight or obese. The safety and tolerability of LY3437943 when administered with COC will also be evaluated. This study will last up to approximately 29 weeks for each participant.
The primary purpose of the study is to evaluate the antiviral activity of orally administered VH4004280 and VH4011499 monotherapy over 10 days in human immunodeficiency virus (HIV-1) infected Treatment-Naïve (TN) participants.

The purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of different periods of physical inactivity on postprandial lipid metabolism in the morning after exercise by measuring plasma triglyceride levels and fat oxidation (burning). The study is a crossover intervention with all healthy participants performing three trials varying in length of physical inactive (12 hours, 24 hours, and 36 hours). All trials include a physical activity control phase (>10,000 steps/24hr), a physical inactive phase (<1,000 - 1,500 steps/12hr), a moderate intensity cycling session, and a high-fat tolerance test.
The purpose of this study is to generate safety and immunogenicity data and establish a proof-of-concept of clinical benefit of the mRNA-1608 vaccine candidate.
To assess the efficacy and safety of the Skin stylus Sterilock microneedling system in reducing the appearance of facial wrinkles. This study is intended to be a single arm study. Suitable subjects who meet all inclusion criteria and consented will undergo 4 microneedling sessions at baseline and days 30, 60 and 90. Subjects will be assessed at days 90, 120 and finally at day 150 by a physician utilizing the wrinkle grading scale developed by Lemperle (2001) and skin laxity and texture using a modified Alexiandes Armenakas (2010) grading scale.
