With this study, researchers want to conduct ambulatory studies in which people (healthy, with T2D, or at-risk of T2D) will consume a variety of pre-set and conventional meals in free-living conditions while wearing one or more continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) and, to assess physical activity, a smart watch. With data from these devices, researchers will develop algorithms that can predict the content of a meal.

This trial investigates technology-enhanced palliative care for patients in phase I trials with cancer that has spread to other places in the body (advanced). The goal of this study is to learn if the technology-enhanced palliative care symptom-monitoring program, when combined with in-person clinic visits and standard remote care visits (by phone or video call), helps increase quality of life and care for patients with advanced cancer participating in phase 1 immunotherapy trials.
This phase III trial studies how well Mepitel Film works in reducing radiation dermatitis (redness and peeling) in patients with breast cancer during radiation therapy after a mastectomy. Mepitel Film may reduce the severity of skin redness and peeling in the area of radiation.
Decentralized clinical study designed to collect further cough sounds, self-reported symptoms, and medical treatment questionnaires from participants enrolled on the COVID-Cough Study ("Study 1"). The aim of this further data collection study ("Study 2") is to: 1. develop an understanding of changes in cough sounds associated with COVID-19 and how they alter during the disease; 2. develop an understanding of other causes of COVID-19-like symptoms and their associated cough sound patterns; and 3. gain a broader understanding of the clinical outcomes of individuals who present for COVID-19 testing.
This is an open-label, nonrandomized, multicenter, dose escalation, and dose expansion first-in human (FIH) Phase 1 study to determine the safety, tolerability, PK, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary efficacy of INCA00186 when given alone or in combination with INCB106385 and/or retifanlimab in participants with specific advanced solid tumors; squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (SCCHN) and specified gastrointestinal (GI) malignancies have been selected as indications of interest for this study. Participants with CD8 T-cell-positive tumors will be selected as these tumors are more likely to respond to immunotherapy.
Open-Label Extension and Safety Monitoring Study of Acoramidis (AG10) in Participants with Symptomatic Transthyretin Amyloid Cardiomyopathy Who Completed the Phase 3 ATTRibute-CM Trial (AG10-301)
The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy of adding lazertinib to amivantamab, carboplatin, and pemetrexed (LACP/ACP-L dosing strategies) and amivantamab, carboplatin and pemetrexed (ACP) compared with carboplatin and pemetrexed (CP) in participants with locally advanced or metastatic epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) Exon 19del or Exon 21 L858R substitution non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) after osimertinib failure. The purpose of the extension cohort is to further describe the safety and efficacy for the ACP-L dosing schedule versus ACP with additional data. After completion of the primary analysis, the study may eventually transition to an open-label extension (OLE) or long-term extension (LTE) phase during which participants will have the option to continue their assigned treatment.
This study is a prospective, randomized, double blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial. The study will include a total of 44 subjects with clinically measurable keloid lesions. At least 50% of subjects (at least 22 out of the 44 subjects) will also have documented diagnosis of concomitant type 2 atopic/allergic) inflammatory diseases. In Phase I, subjects will be randomized (3:1) to either receive weekly dupilumab or placebo for 24 weeks. At Week 24, both groups will enter Phase II of the study in which all subjects will receive weekly doses of dupilumab up to Week 52. The treatment period will conclude at Week 52.
