Sentinel lymph node biopsy is important for staging in patients with breast cancer and changes the way of surgery. One of the most commonly used methods to find the sentinel lymph node during surgery is to apply blue dye around the areola and then search for the sentinel lymph node. Breast massage is recommended following administration of the blue dye. However, the necessity of this massage is controversial. In this study, investigators will try to find out whether massage of the breast after blue dye injection has any positive effect on finding the sentinel lymph node.

When the literature is examined, it is seen that virtual reality and distraction cards are used during medical procedures, and they have a reducing effect on pain perception and lowering the level of anxiety . On the other hand, no study has been found in the literature on the application of virtual glasses and distraction cards to women in the PAP-SMEAR process. However, in accordance with the results of the study conducted with the application of virtual reality glasses and distraction cards, it is thought that the application of virtual glasses will have a positive effect on reducing the perceived pain of women in the PAP-SMEAR process of distraction cards.
The aim of this study is to determine the concentrations of Visfatin, Fetuin-A and Sirtuin 1 in the gingival crevicular fluid and clinical periodontal parameters in diabetic and systemically healthy individuals and to determine whether non-surgical periodontal treatment had any effect on these biomarkers and periodontal clinical parameters at the end of a 3-month follow-up period. The hypothesis of our study is that gingival crevicular fluid Visfatin, Fetuin-A and Sirtuin 1 concentrations will change with non-surgical periodontal treatment in type 2 diabetic and systemically healthy individuals and that this change will be associated with diabetes and clinical parameters.
This is a multicenter, multinational, open-label, one-way cross-over, Phase 3, single-arm study for treatment of hemophilia. The purpose of this study is to measure the frequency of treated bleeding episodes with fitusiran in male adult and adolescent (≥12 years old) participants with hemophilia A or B, with or without inhibitory antibodies to factor VIII or IX who have switched from their prior standard of care treatment. The total study duration will be up to approximately 50 months (200 weeks, 1 study month is equivalent to 4 weeks) and will include: - A screening period up to approximately 60 days, - A standard of care (SOC) period of approximately 6 study months (24 weeks), - A fitusiran treatment period of approximately 36 study months (144 weeks), - An antithrombin (AT) follow-up period of approximately 6 study months (24 weeks) but may be shorter or longer depending on individual participants AT recovery. The frequency for telephone visits will be approximately every 2 weeks. For site visits the frequency will be approximately every 8 weeks during the SOC period and approximately every 4 weeks during the fitusiran treatment period. If applicable and if allowed by local regulation, home and/or remote visits may be conducted during the study
