Start date: February 4, 2015
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is an open-label study of DS-5565 in subjects who either completed participation in a preceding Phase 3 study of DS-5565 in fibromyalgia (FM); i.e. DS5565-A-E309 (NCT02146430), DS5565-A-E310 (NCT02187471), or DS5565-A-E311 (NCT02187159) or are de novo subjects. Eligible subjects will be assigned to receive open-label DS-5565 for 52 weeks. All subjects will receive DS-5565 15 mg once daily (QD) for the first three weeks of the treatment period. After three weeks, subjects may be titrated to 15 mg twice daily (BID) based on protocol-specified criteria.

NCT ID: NCT02229396 Completed - Diabetes Mellitus Clinical Trials

Phase 3 28-Week Study With 24-Week and 52-week Extension Phases to Evaluate Efficacy and Safety of Exenatide Once Weekly and Dapagliflozin Versus Exenatide and Dapagliflozin Matching Placebo

Start date: September 4, 2014
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Study D5553C0003 is a 28-week, randomized, double-blind, active-controlled, multicenter, Phase 3 efficacy and safety study with 24-week and 52-week extension phases of simultaneous administration of exenatide once weekly (EQW) 2 mg and dapagliflozin 10 mg once daily (QD) compared to EQW 2 mg alone and dapagliflozin 10 mg QD alone in patients with Type 2 diabetes who have inadequate glycemic control on metformin.

NCT ID: NCT02229383 Completed - Diabetes Mellitus Clinical Trials

Phase III Study to Evaluate Safety and Efficacy of Added Exenatide Versus Placebo to Titrated Basal Insulin Glargine in Inadequately Controlled Patients With Type II Diabetes Mellitus

Start date: September 6, 2014
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Study D5553C00002 is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel group, Phase 3 study to compare the safety and efficacy of exenatide once weekly (EQW) added to titrated basal insulin glargine with or without metformin to placebo added to titrated basal insulin glargine with or without metformin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Eligible patients will be randomized at Visit 5 (Day 1) to receive either EQW added to titrated basal insulin glargine, with or without metformin ≥1500 mg/day, or placebo added to titrated basal insulin glargine, with or without metformin ≥1500 mg/day, during the 28-week treatment period.

NCT ID: NCT02227875 Completed - Type 2 Diabetes Clinical Trials

INSTRIDE 2
Start date: August 2014
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

To test whether Mylan's insulin glargine once daily is non-inferior to Lantus® once daily (both administered in combination with other anti-diabetic drugs) based on the change in HbA1c from baseline to 24 weeks
