NCT ID: NCT04554771 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Esophageal Adenocarcinoma

Blood-borne Assessment of Stromal Activation in Esophageal Adenocarcinoma to Guide Tocilizumab Therapy

BASALT
Start date: January 27, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective of this study is to demonstrate that stroma-targeting by tocilizumab in patients with adenocarcinoma of the esophagus or gastroesophageal junction with highly activated stroma increases efficacy of chemoradiotherapy measured by pathological response according to the Mandard criteria. Patients will be grouped for ADAM12, a non-invasive blood-borne marker of stromal activation.

NCT ID: NCT04552899 Terminated - Clinical trials for Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis

A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Recombinant Human Pentraxin-2 (rhPTX-2; PRM-151) in Participants With Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis

STARSCAPE
Start date: March 19, 2021
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This phase III study will evaluate the efficacy, safety and pharmacokinetics (PK) of recombinant human pentraxin-2 (rhPTX-2; PRM-151) zinpentraxin alfa, compared with placebo in participants with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF).

NCT ID: NCT04552093 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Colorectal Neoplasms

Hepatic Arterial Infusion Pump Chemotherapy Combined With Systemic Chemotherapy (PUMP-IT)

PUMP-IT
Start date: September 9, 2020
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The PUMP-IT study is designed to prove the feasibility of HAIP chemotherapy with concomitant standard systemic chemotherapy (FOLFOX and FOLFIRI) in the Netherlands. This study will include patients with both unresectable CRLM and resectable CRLM with an indication for upfront systemic therapy (further referred to as potentially resectable CRLM), without extrahepatic metastases. The study will be performed in two tertiary referral centers in the Netherlands.

NCT ID: NCT04551729 Recruiting - Heart Failure Clinical Trials

Fluid Restriction in Heart Failure Versus Liberal Fluid Uptake

FRESH-UP
Start date: April 21, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Multi-centre open-label 1:1 randomized clinical trial in chronic heart failure patients on the effect of fluid restriction versus liberal fluid intake on quality of life.

NCT ID: NCT04550195 Completed - Healthy Volunteers Clinical Trials

A Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, and Drug Levels of BMS-986337 When Taken by Mouth by Healthy Participants

Start date: September 17, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and drug levels of BMS-986337 in healthy participants and in healthy Japanese participants.

NCT ID: NCT04549480 Completed - Clinical trials for Healthy Participants

Bioequivalence Study of Bosutinib Pediatric Capsule Relative to Commercial Tablet Under Fed Condition

Start date: September 16, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This study is intended to establish bioequivalence of the bosutinib age-appropriate capsule formulation to the commercial tablet formulation in healthy participants under fed condition. The comparison will be performed using the pharmacokinetic parameters that define the rate and extent of absorption, those are Cmax and AUC. A statistical analysis will be performed comparing these parameters calculated after administration of a single 100 mg dose with the tablet formulation (100 mg x 1) as the Reference treatment and the capsule formulation (100 mg x 1) as the Test treatment.

NCT ID: NCT04548804 Enrolling by invitation - Cardiac Arrest Clinical Trials

Better Mechanistic Understanding of and Risk Stratification for Ventricular Tachyarrhythmias Through ECGI

BREACH-ECGI
Start date: June 10, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study aims to evaluate the electrophysiological properties of the heart conduction system in patients with (increased risk of) ventricular tachyarrhythmias (VTA) and sudden cardiac arrest, and in a control cohort. The electrophysiological properties will be measured with the relatively new technique ECG-Imaging (ECGI). Moreover, clinical data of subjects will be gathered. By combining the data from the data gathering and the results of ECGI, the investigators hope to increase mechanistic understanding of and risk stratification for VTAs. The investigators aim to be able to identify patients at risk of an arrhythmic event, and aim for better treatment strategies in the future.

NCT ID: NCT04547712 Active, not recruiting - Parkinson Disease Clinical Trials

Adaptive DBS Algorithm for Personalized Therapy in Parkinson's Disease

ADAPT-PD
Start date: December 14, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of the study is to demonstrate the safety and effectiveness of adaptive DBS (aDBS) for Parkinson's disease.

NCT ID: NCT04546477 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Superficial Femoral Artery Disease

Prospective Multicenter Study to Confirm the Performance of the Renzan Stent in Treatment of SFA/POP Artery Disease
