Hysterectomy, as any major operation, can cause complications, as hemorrhage which may occur in some cases and sometimes requiring blood transfusion. Recent study proved that misoprostol success in reducing blood loss during total abdominal hysterectomy when used once before the surgery.
In women being treated with medicines to help eggs to grow (called ovulation induction), The investigators wish to know whether adding medicines (called ovulation triggers) that help to release the egg (ovulation) would lead to more women having babies without causing harm compared with not giving them ovulation triggers.

The aim of this study is to compare microwave thermal coagulation and partial splenic embolization in the management of hypersplenism in patients with cirrhosis. Rational of the study:to identify the predictive factors for hospital mortality in critically ill patients admitted to hospital due to an episode of COPD exacerbation.
Aim of this thesis is to predict the incidence of esophageal ulcer bleeding after endoscopic management of esophageal varices.
