There are about 25560 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Germany. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of belantamab mafodotin in combination with pomalidomide and dexamethasone (Arm A) compared with that of combination of pomalidomide, bortezomib and dexamethasone (Arm B) in participants with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM).
Pivotal trial to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Edwards EVOQUE tricuspid valve replacement system
The purpose of the REVISAR PMCF is to collect data in clinical practice of the APERIO® and APERIO® Hybrid(17) Thrombectomy Device, which are intended to restore blood flow in the neurovasculature by removing thrombus in patients experiencing ischemic stroke. Recanalization status will be assessed at the end of the procedure using the modified TICI (Thrombolysis in cerebral infarction) score.
The Parkinson Progression Marker Initiative (PPMI) is a longitudinal, observational, multi-center natural history study to assess progression of clinical features, digital outcomes, and imaging, biologic and genetic markers of Parkinson's disease (PD) progression in study participants with manifest PD, prodromal PD, and healthy controls. The overall goal of PPMI is to identify markers of disease progression for use in clinical trials of therapies to reduce progression of PD disability.
Prospective, pure data collection of all CeSPACE 3D patients in selected centers (not interventional, multicenter)
Malnutrition and loss of muscle mass are common in patients with chronic pancreatitis. However, there is only limited data on nutritional treatment. In this study, malnourished patients with chronic pancreatitis will receive an intensified nutritional therapy to improve nutritional status. The aim of the study is that malnutrition in patients with chronic pancreatitis can be successfully treated.
This study will follow participants who are screened and confirmed with a genetic diagnosis of Limb-girdle muscular dystrophy type 2E (LGMD2E/R4), Limb-girdle muscular dystrophy type 2D (LGMD2D/R3), Limb-girdle muscular dystrophy type 2C (LGMD2C/R5), or Limb-girdle muscular dystrophy type 2A (LGMD2A/R1). These enrolled participants will be followed to evaluate mobility and pulmonary function for up to 3 years after enrollment. Additional participant data will be collected from the time the individual began experiencing LGMD symptoms to the present.
To investigate the influence of different psychological parameters (e.g. depression, anxiety, personality traits, resilience, tolerance of uncertainty or heart beat perception) on treatment outcome and quality of life in patients with cardiac arrythmias.
The purpose of this study is to describe the safety, tolerability and early signs of efficacy of the antibody-cytokine fusion protein IL12-L19L19 in patients with advanced or metastatic solid carcinomas, after previous immune checkpoint blockade therapy. The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the safety of IL12-L19L19 and to establish MTD in order to establish a recommended dose (RD). The secondary objectives of the study are to assess early signs of efficacy, the determination of pharmacokinetic (PK) properties and the immunogenicity of IL12-L19L19.
The aim of the study is to assess continued safety and efficacy of the SeQuent® SCB. The product under investigation will be used in routine clinical practice according to the latest European Society of Cardiology (ESC) guidelines and according to the Instructions for Use (IFU). Those data that are obtained in routine clinical use will be documented in the Case Report Form (CRF).
