There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of crovalimab in adult and adolescent participants with aHUS.
This study was to explore the preventive effect of esketamine on postpartum depression in cesarean section, and to evaluate the safety of the drug
Comparison of the bile duct patency with photodynamic therapy (PDT) and regular Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography(ERCP) stents in unresectable cholangiocarcinoma.
The CXC chemokine receptor type 4 (CXCR4), which is a G protein-coupled receptor expressed on the surface of the cell membrane, contributes to the development and progression of malignancies and functional endocrine disorders. CXCR4 expression has been reported to be upregulated in aldosterone-producing adenomas and cortisol-producing adenomas; however, its expression is almost negligible in non-functioning adrenal adenomas. Besides, CXCR4 is also hardly expressed by the tumor cells in paragangliomas. 68Ga-pentixafor, a CXCR4-specific PET tracer, may therefore be effective for the evaluation of the functional lateralization of adrenal lesion and identification of functional adrenocortical adenomas. In this pilot study, we aimed to develop 68Ga-pentixafor PET/CT as a noninvasive test for the recognition of functional adrenocortical lesions and to help guide the management of patients with suspicious adrenal masses.
Because of the high risk for development of muscle invasive disease, cystectomy is recommended for CIS, high-grade Ta and T1 patients who experience disease recurrence following intravesical therapy. VB4-845 injection is an experimental agent that may provide an alternative to cystectomy
The purpose of this study is to use the " Pulse Detection System of Sound Waves " to collect the pulse information of recruited subjects, and to extract characteristic pulse information by multi-scale entropy, Fourier transform, Hilbert yellow transform, spectrum analysis, wavelet analysis and other methods. Evaluate the specificity, sensitivity, positive likelihood ratio and negative likelihood ratio of the "Pulse Detection System of Sound Waves" in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation.
This prospective multicenter study will evaluate the efficacy of a real-time artificial intelligence system for detecting multiple ocular fundus lesions by ultra-widefield fundus imaging in real-world settings.
The aim of this study was to initially evaluate the optimal dose, efficacy, and safety of vitamin D3 for reducing recurrence of recurrent urinary tract infections (rUTIs).
This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, active-controlled, parallel-group study comparing efficacy and safety of LY01011 (recombinant anti-RANKL human monoclonal antibody injection) and Xgeva® in patients with bone metastases from solid tumors.
Negative symptoms are core symptoms in schizophrenia which play an important role in clinical outcomes and impede patients to return to society. Anti-psychotic medicines have shown limited effect in improving negative symptoms and cognitive functioning, whereas non-invasive neuromodulations, i.e. , transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS), have shown promising potentials. Recently new evidence of brain structural and functional alterations has been provided by neuroimaging studies. Brady RO et al. found cerebellar-prefrontal network connectivity was related to negative symptoms in schizophrenia. It provides clues for developing a new tACS protocol targeting improving negative symptoms, in which dual-channel high-density alternating current stimulations were delivered over both the right dorsolateral prefrontal cortex and cerebellum simultaneously.
