Gastric cancer is a highly heterogeneous tumor. The most commonly used clinical classifications of gastric cancer are Lauren classification (intestinal, diffuse, mixed) and World Health Organization(WHO) classification (papillary adenocarcinoma, tubular adenocarcinoma, mucinous glands cancer and low-adhesion cancer). Hepatoid adenocarcinoma of the stomach (HAS) is a special and rare type of gastric cancer. Compared with ordinary gastric cancer, HAS has unique clinicopathological characteristics, prone to liver metastasis and lymph node metastasis, has a highly aggressive and malignant biological behavior, a worse prognosis than alpha fetoprotein(AFP) normal gastric cancer, and is easily confused with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). There is the possibility of misdiagnosis and mistreatment, so it has gradually attracted people's attention. Most of the domestic and foreign literature on HAS in the past 30 years are retrospective cases or small sample reports, and there are few prospective studies. There is no standard treatment plan for HAS. The main treatment is based on gastric adenocarcinoma. The clinical treatment principle is a comprehensive treatment plan with surgical resection as the mainstay, supplemented by systemic chemotherapy and local interventional therapy. This type of gastric cancer has a relatively high degree of malignancy, rapid progress of the disease, and easy recurrence after surgery. There is no standard treatment plan in China and other foreign countries. The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of apatinib with oxaliplatin and S-1 treatment advanced hepatoid adenocarcinoma of the stomach.
The purpose of this study is to observe and evaluate the efficacy and safety of postoperative adjuvant treatment of pembrolizumab in patients with thoracic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) who have not received neoadjuvant therapy before undergoing R0 resection, and have positive postoperative lymph nodes.

Sepsis is the leading cause of death in intensive care units and a major public health concern in the world. Heparin, a widely used anticoagulant medicine to prevent or treat thrombotic disorders, has been demonstrated to prevent organ damage and lethality in experimental sepsis models. However, the efficacy of heparin in the treatment of clinical sepsis is not consistent. Caspase-11, a cytosolic receptor of LPS, triggers lethal immune responses in sepsis. Recently, we have revealed that heparin prevents cytosolic delivery of LPS and caspase-11 activation in sepsis through inhibiting the heparanase-mediated glycocalyx degradation and the HMGB1- LPS interaction, which is independent of its anticoagulant properties. In our study, it is found that heparin treatment could prevent lethal responses in endotoxemia or Gram-negative sepsis, while caspase-11 deficiency or heparin treatment failed to confer protection against sepsis caused by Staphylococcus aureus, a type of Gram-positive bacterium. It is probably that other pathogens such as Gram-positive bacteria might cause death through mechanisms distinct from that of Gram-negative bacteria. Peptidoglycan, a cell-wall component of Gram-positive bacteria, can cause DIC and impair survival in primates by activating both extrinsic and intrinsic coagulation pathways, which might not be targeted by heparin. We speculate that the discrepancy between the previous clinical trials of heparin might be due to the difference in infected pathogens. Thus, stratification of patients based on the type of invading pathogens might improve the therapeutic efficiency of heparin in sepsis, and this merits future investigations.

The investigators can feel this kind of sound waves which combine abnormal vibration waves by touching different levels of arteries close to the body surface, including the radial artery. At the same time, Professor Lucheng Song's team has conducted in-depth research on the characteristic unsmooth pulse of stable coronary heart disease, liver cirrhosis, gastritis and other diseases.During pregnancy, due to the significant increase in blood flow and maternal changes , the shape of sound waves transmitted to the radial artery in the artery will be changed. Professor Lucheng Song found in clinical practice that the pregnant pulse will have different sensations of smoothness and penetration in different parts of the finger, by touching different levels of depth and the part of the radial artery. It was found that the pulse condition of normal pregnant women in the middle and third trimester of pregnancy was different from that of normal non-pregnant women in different level and part of radial artery.This study will verify the efficacy of pulse diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis of pregnancy and lay a foundation for the diagnosis of abnormal pregnancy.

This is a pre-surgical study involving subjects with local advanced bladder cancer, who are candidates for neoadjuvant therapy. It is a single-arm phase II portion.
Based on the development of new tools, including drug coated balloon, paclitaxel eluting stent, interwoven stents, debulking tools, More and more acute or subacute thromboembolic occlusions of lower extremity included stage IIb were treated with endovascular procedures. Most guidelines suggests only stage I and stage IIa lesions are suitable for endovascular treatments. Therefore, a well-designed real-world study that track the safety and clinical relevant outcomes, are required to determine the optimal therapies for patients with acute or subacute thromboembolic occlusions of lower extremity.
The transradial access (TRA) is currently the preferred approach for percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). However, in patients with ACUTE ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) after emergency PCI, the high incidence of THE radial artery RAO limits the future choice of the radial artery for percutaneous intervention. The literature reported that distal transradial access (dTRA) significantly reduced RAO after elective PCI, but the application of dTRA in emergency PCI in STEMI has not been reported. We have completed 126 cases of dTRA undergoing emergency PCI after STEMI, which has been preliminarily confirmed to be safe and effective. A single-center, open, prospective, randomized controlled study is planned to compare the use of dTRA and TRA in emergency PCI in STEMI patients. The primary endpoint was the INCIDENCE of RAO within 24 hours after surgery. This clinical study verified that dTRA compared with TRA could reduce the RAO incidence of STEMI patients after emergency PCI. The project will explore a new artery approach to reduce RAO, and provide a basis for the selection of artery approach in STEMI emergency PCI patients.
