There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The purpose is to explore the efficacy and safety of the combination of albumin-bound paclitaxel and liposomal doxorubicin in the treatment of advanced or unresectable angiosarcoma.
The international treatment guidelines now include recommendations for the use of CDK 4/6 inhibitors in combination with hormone agents for the treatment of postmenopausal women with hormone-receptor-positive/HER2-negative ABC as the first-line standard therapy in endocrine sensitive patients. Nevertheless, it is generally thought that chemotherapy is associated with greater and earlier tumor response, especially in case of high burden of disease. In a retrospective analysis of real-world clinical practice (2002-2012) from US, only 60% of patients initiated ET as the first treatment following metastatic diagnosis . In the real-life world of China, a large number of HR+/HER2- ABC patients with non-visceral crisis also received chemotherapy in first-line treatment, even though the ORR is similar compared with CDK4/6 inhibitors with endocrine therapy. Zhejiang Cancer Hospital retrospective analysis of 5 cases of advanced breast cancer first-line use of Ibance + ET, they were evaluated within 50 days (from 27days to 50days). Based on the early response time observed in real-world data mentioned above, it is proposed a prospective study to further observe the tumor reduction rate in real-world, including to identify the time of patient symptom improvement according to the quality of life scale.
This is a phase Ⅰb multi-center clinical study. To explore the preliminary efficacy and safety of Furmonertinib Mesilate at different doses in locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC patients with EGFR exon 20 insertion mutation. The study plans to enroll 30 subjects, including 20 treated patients and 10 treatment-naïve patients. The subjects with disease progression after previous systematic anti-tumor therapy will be randomized to receive Furmonertinib Mesilate 160 mg/day (N=10) or 240 mg/day (N=10), respectively. The treatment-naïve patients do not need to be randomized and all will receive Furmonertinib Mesilate 240 mg/day (N=10) until disease progression, death or intolerability. The primary endpoint is ORR; the secondary study endpoints include DCR, DOR, DepOR, PFS, OS, CNS ORR, safety and the PK profile of Furmonertinib Mesilate and its metabolites (AST5902). In addition, the peripheral blood ctDNA will be collected and analyzed in this study
Indwelling double-J ureteral stent (D-J stent) are routinely placed in patients who received ureteroscopic lithotripsy (URL) in Xinhua Hospital Urology Department. At present, three types of D-J stents, namely Cook/Kang Yi Bo(KYB)/Urovisionare are used, and usually removed in the day ward four weeks after surgery. This study intends to randomly divide patients with urolithiasis based on the preoperative OABSS (overactive bladder symptom score) questionnaire into three groups, namely Cook D-J stent group, KYB anti-reflux D-J stent group, Urovision trigonal D-J stent group, with corresponding D-J stent indwelled for 4 weeks respectively. The patient's USSQ ureteral stent symptom questionnaire)scale and OABSS scale were collected at 1 week, 4 weeks (before the removal of D-J stents), and 5 weeks (1 week after removal of D-J stents) after URL operation, and the D-J stents removed from the patients were collected, and their drainage and anti-reflux effects were measured in vitro.
1. Establish an IgAN cohort collaboration group and expert committee to carry out registration research. 2. Construct IgAN structured data set standards, formulate structured data collection templates of diagnosis and treatment , and establish multi-center data integration systems on this basis. 3. Establish a standardized IgAN database for combined Hospital Information System and the big data platform of the Medical Federation. 4. Develop IgAN database managements and open standards for data sharing, and carry out high-quality clinical or basic research.
The neoCARHP study was a randomized, open-label, multicenter, phase III, neoadjuvant trial. This study aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of TCHP with THP neoadjuvant setting for HER2-positive breast cancer. Patients will be randomized at a 1:1 ratio into TCHP or THP, respectively, and will be treated every 3 weeks before surgery. The primary endpoint was the percentage of pCR (ypT0/is, ypN0), which was defined as the absence of any residual invasive cancer in both the breast and axillary lymph nodes.
Pulse diagnosis is an important method to judge the status of patients in the process of diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. At present, the commonly used site of pulse diagnosis is the radial artery, which is divided into "cun""guan" and "chi".During menstruation, the secretion of estrogen and progesterone drops to the lowest level. On the 7th day of menstruation in the proliferative period, the secretion of estrogen increases rapidly and rises to the first peak before ovulation. In the mid-secretory period, the secretion of estrogen rises to another peak, and the secretion of progesterone also reaches the highest peak. The state of the endometrium during non-menstrual period can be significantly different from the state of exfoliation and necrosis during menstruation. There are obvious differences in hormone levels and endometrial state and thickness in menstrual period and secretory period, especially in the middle and late secretion period, which affects the blood laminar flow of the uterine wall and is reflected in the acoustic information of the radial artery. Therefore, exploring the pulse manifestation of physiological menstruation can be expected to lay the foundation for assisting the diagnosis of pathological menstruation and endometrial diseases. Our team found that there are low-frequency sound waves in the radial artery, which carry the physiological and pathological information of the organs in the body, and developed a "Pulse Detection System of Sound Waves ". Previous projects have explored the abnormal sound waves of radial artery in patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction, stable coronary heart disease, chronic gastritis, neck-shoulder syndrome, liver cirrhosis and other diseases and achieved certain results. Therefore, in this study, the "Pulse Detection System of Sound Waves " will be used to collect the sound waves in the radial artery of 62 healthy female college students during menstruation and non-menstrual period within the same menstrual cycle , and researchers will carry on the frequency spectrum analysis and wavelet analysis to extract the pulse features. A diagnostic test was carried out by researchers to calculate the sensitivity and specificity of the "Sonic Pulse Detection System" in menstrual diagnosis. This study will verify the efficacy of pulse diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis of menstruation and lay a foundation for the diagnosis of pathological menstruation and endometrial diseases .
Brain injury after spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage results from pathophysiologic responses in the brain parenchyma due to hematoma formation, release of clot components, and surrounding edema. Inflammatory cascade activation in the perihematomal brain parenchyma has been implicated in the pathogenesis of secondary brain injury. Statins have been identified as a potential neuroprotective agent that targets the inflammatory response to intracerebral hemorrhage. In preclinical studies, statin treatment in animal intracerebral hemorrhage models has consistently demonstrated neuroprotective and recovery enhancement effects. Clinical investigations in humans reported better patient outcomes associated with statin use in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage, including reduced perihematomal edema, lower mortality rates, and improved functional outcomes.
