A Multicenter Observational Study on the Development and Health Effects of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency

Premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) refers to the occurrence of ovarian hypofunction in women before the age of 40, which seriously affects women's overall health and quality of life. However, there is currently insufficient understanding of the risk factors, pathogenesis, short-term and long-term health effects of POI, and the health effects of the disease, and there is a lack of high-quality evidence to support clinical diagnosis and treatment decisions. This study intends to construct a hospital-based multi-center POI case-control and prospective special disease cohort, after baseline assessment and follow-up monitoring, collect disease characteristics, lifestyle, social psychology, environmental and occupational exposure, biological samples and other data, aiming to observe POI The natural occurrence, progression and health impact of POI, clarify the risk factors of POI, evaluate the impact of POI on women's health and disease risk, and discuss the benefits, risks and options of HRT for POI patients. The results of this study will deepen and expand the understanding of the occurrence and development of POI and its short-term and long-term health effects, provide high-level evidence for optimizing POI prevention, diagnosis and treatment strategies, and establish a long-term management system, laying the foundation for interventional research.

Optimizing Induction Chemotherapy Regimens for ND Elderly AML Patients Who Are Eligible for Intense Chemotherapy

The optimal induction chemotherapy regimen for newly diagnosed elderly AML patients who are eligible for intense chemotherapy is currently not well defined. Thus, we intend to conduct a multicenter, randomized, controlled clinical trial to compare the safety and efficacy of three different induction regimens (Ven+AZA vs DA/IA 3+7 vs DA/IA 2+5+VEN). A total of 90 patients will be enrolled in this study and segregated into thress groups with 30 in each group. Patients who achieve CR/CRi/CRh after using different induction regimens will receive the same consolidation and maintenance therapy. Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is recommended for patients in the high-risk group or those with persist MRD positivity. After completion of the treatment phase, patients entered the follow-up period.

The purpose of the present study is to study the effect of baricitinib administration on outcome of participants with moderate and severe traumatic intracerebral hemorrhage/contusions. A multi-center randomized control trial will be conducted. Participants with a radiological diagnosis of traumatic intracerebral hemorrhage/contusions and an initial GCS score of 5-12 will be screened and enrolled in the first 24 hours after traumatic brain injury.

Development and Feasibility Testing of Digital Theory-based Pursed Lip Breathing in Stable Patients With COPD

The goal of this pre-post design clinical trial is to develop a digital, theory-based Pursed Lip Breathing intervention protocol software system installed on smartphones (DT-PLB) and to preliminarily evaluate its feasibility and effects in stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). The main objectives are: 1. To develop a digital, theory-based Pursed Lip Breathing intervention protocol software system installed on smartphones for managing breathing exercises in stable COPD patients. 2. To pilot the methodological procedures of the pre-post study. 3. To determine the recruitment rate, retention rate, attrition rate, and software usage compliance during the subject recruitment and follow-up process of the pre-post study. 4. To evaluate the perception and satisfaction of COPD patients using the DT-PLB. 5. To preliminarily examine the effects of using the DT-PLB intervention on COPD patients, including the six-minute walking test, FEV1% predicted, FEV1/FVC, mMRC scale, COPD assessment test scale, and health points. 6. To identify any potential adverse events associated with the implementation of DT-PLB. Participants will perform the following tasks during the intervention: 1. Register a personal account on the DT-PLB software. 2. Acquire knowledge and skills related to Pursed Lip Breathing by watching instructional videos. 3. Practice Pursed Lip Breathing for 10 minutes per session, three times daily for eight weeks, as per reminders and guidance provided by the software. 4. Earn health points by completing specific actions as instructed. 5. Optionally post individual texts on the peer forum for peer support within the DT-PLB software. 6. Complete two outcome assessments as scheduled.

Health Economic Research on Oral Nutritional Supplements for Hospitalized Patients With Nutritional Risk

The goal of this observational study is to evaluate the treatment effect and health economic impact of oral nutritional supplements(ONS) in hospitalized patients with nutritional risk. The main questions it aims to answer are: - To evaluate the effect of ONS on clinical outcomes in hospitalized patients with high nutritional risk - To evaluate the health economic impact of ONS in hospitalized patients with high nutritional risk Data was collected from patients admitted to peking union medical college hospital between January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2020. The inclusion criteria were as follows: (1) age≥18 years old; (2)length of hospital stay≥3days; (3) Only ONS was used as enteral nutrition or no enteral nutrition was received. Exclusion criteria were: (1) age<18; (2) length of hospital stay<3 days; (3) the patients who received enteral nutrition other than ONS (such as tube feeding); (4) emergency admissions; (5) the patients who transferred from other hospitals; (6) pregnancy or lactation We collected the following data through the hospital big data query and analysis system: 1. Basic information: gender, age, height, weight, medical insurance, etc. 2. Clinical information: admission paths, admission time, admission departments, discharge time, discharge unit, length of stay, mode of payment; 3. Disease Information: admission diagnosis, disease coding at admission, the first discharge diagnosis, the coding of first discharge diagnosis, the second discharge diagnosis, the third discharge diagnosis, outcome (recovery, improvement, not cured, death, transfer to another hospital) 4. Operation information: surgical name, surgery code, 5. oral nutritional supplement: drug names, unit price 6. laboratory examination: hemoglobin, albumin, prealbumin 7. hospitalization costs: total cost, self-pay cost, other cost, the type of medical insurance; Researchers will compare ONS group to see the clinical outcomes and health economic impact.
