SKLB1028, Daunorubicin, and Cytarabine in Treating Patients With Newly Diagnosed Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML)

Start date: August 31, 2021
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to describe the dose limiting toxicities (DLT) of SKLB1028 when combined with cytarabine/ daunorubicin remission induction in a 7+3 schedule. Safety and tolerability of SKLB1028 will also be evaluated. This study will also characterize the pharmacokinetics (PK) of SKLB1028 when given in combination with cytarabine/daunorubicin remission induction and high-dose cytarabine (HiDAC) consolidation therapy in newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia .

NCT ID: NCT05445063 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Macular Degeneration

Safety and Efficacy of Autologous Transplantation of iPSC-RPE in the Treatment of Macular Degeneration

Start date: August 2022
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This project intends to perform autologous transplantation of induced pluripotent stem cell-derived retinal pigment epithelium (iPSC-RPE). The clinical-grade RPE will be transplanted into subretinal space to treat refractory age-related macular degeneration. The efficacy and safety of RPE transplants to treat macular degeneration will be monitored and analyzed with results from EDTRS, BCVA, OCT, ERG, microperimetry, and fluorescein angiography, before and after the treatment.

NCT ID: NCT05445024 Recruiting - Laparoscopic Clinical Trials

Combination of Nalbuphine and Dexmedetomidine Versus Sufentanil and Dexmedetomidine on Patients

Start date: January 1, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Surgical pain refers to pain that occurs immediately after surgery, including physical pain and visceral pain. Thus, it severely challenges the proper use of analgesics for patients undergoing laparoscope gastrointestinal surgery to clinicians. Nalbuphine is a mixed agonist-antagonist opioid. The investigators hypothesized that the clinical effect of nalbuphine in combination with dexmedetomidine might be different from that of sufentanil in combination with dexmedetomidine. So, the investigators performed a nalbuphine and dexmedetomidine dose finding study, for the patient controlled anaesthesia (PCA) after the laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery, to establish their 95% effective dose (ED95). The investigators then compared the clinical effect and adverse events of the newly established dosing regimen of nalbuphine combined with dexmedetomidine, to the equivalent dosing of sufentanil combined with dexmedetomidine, in the same patient population.

NCT ID: NCT05445011 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Anti-FLT3 CAR-T Cell (TAA05 Cell Injection) in the Treatment of Relapsed / Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Start date: June 14, 2022
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a clinical trial of Anti-FLT3 CAR-T Cell (TAA05 Cell Injection) in the treatment of patients with relapsed / refractory acute myeloid leukemia. The purpose is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of anti-FLT3 CAR-T cells in patients with relapsed / refractory acute myeloid leukemia.

NCT ID: NCT05444738 Recruiting - Healthy Clinical Trials

Effects of Oxytocin Administered Orally Using a Medicated Lollipop on Peripheral Concentrations and Attention

Start date: April 1, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The study will investigate whether oxytocin (24IU) administered orally using medicated lollipops results in increased peripheral oxytocin concentrations and can modulate social attention in an anti-saccade paradigm in the same way as when it is administered by intranasal or lingual routes.

NCT ID: NCT05444673 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Temporal Bone Squamous Cell Carcinoma

A Prospective, Single-arm Clinical Study of Pabrolizumab in Combination With Cisplatin + 5-FU for the Neoadjuvant Treatment of Unresectable, Advanced Squamous Carcinoma of the Temporal Bone Single-arm Clinical Study

Start date: June 1, 2022
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

Temporal bone cancer accounts for 0.2% of head and neck cancers. Advanced temporal bone cancer often involves structures such as apices, internal carotid artery canals, and dura mater, and negative margins cannot be obtained during surgery. The recurrence rate after surgery is as high as 70%, and the 2-year survival rate is only 11%. Crestor, or paprolizumab, is a monoclonal antibody to PD1 that blocks the interaction between PD1 and the dura mater. The NCCN guidelines recommend that paprolizumab be used in combination with platinum-based anti-tumor agents. The NCCN guidelines recommend pablizumab in combination with platinum and 5-FU for the first-line treatment of recurrent, unresectable head and neck squamous carcinoma, but this regimen is not recommended for the treatment of recurrent, unresectable head and neck squamous carcinoma. This study is intended to investigate the use of pablizumab in combination with platinum and 5-FU for the first-line treatment of recurrent unresectable squamous head and neck cancer. This study investigates the effectiveness of pablizumab in combination with cisplatin and 5-FU for the adjuvant treatment of recurrent, unresectable temporal bone cancer. temporal bone cancer.

NCT ID: NCT05444647 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Gut Microbiome Components Predict Response to Neoadjuvant Therapy in HER2-positive Breast Cancer Patients : A Prospective Study

Start date: July 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

In this study the characteristics and alterations of the gut microbiome during neoadjuvant therapy for HER2-positive breast cancer patients are studied, as well as the relation between the gut microbiome and probability of pCR.

NCT ID: NCT05444491 Recruiting - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

Application of Polygenic Methylation Markers in Postoperative Recurrence Monitoring of Colorectal Cancer

Start date: June 20, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study dynamically monitored the prognosis of stage I-IV colorectal cancer patients who could receive radical surgical resection by detecting the levels of polygene methylation in plasma samples from patients with colorectal cancer. In patients with colorectal cancer feasible radical surgery, plasma ctDNA methylation detection was performed before and after surgical treatment and during regular follow-up to explore the predictive effect of plasma ctDNA methylation status at different time points on postoperative recurrence. To explore whether postoperative dynamic monitoring of plasma ctDNA methylation can be used for adjuvant chemotherapy efficacy evaluation and whether it can indicate tumor recurrence and metastasis earlier than imaging examination.
