NCT ID: NCT04538131 Recruiting - Parkinson Disease Clinical Trials

Adaptive SCS for Treatment of Gait Disturbance in PD

Start date: July 1, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Spinal cord stimulation (SCS) has been suggested by several research for treating PD gait disturbance. However, the side effects induced by body position change cannot fully addressed by conventional SCS. Medtronic sensor-driven position-adaptive SCS are capable to monitor the position change and change the parameters accordingly, so as to reduce the position change related side effects. Nevertheless, neither the efficacy nor safety of this technique in the treatment of gait disturbance in PD is ever investigated. Therefore, the investigators will conduct a randomized clinical trial to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of sensor-driven position-adaptive SCS in the treatment of gait disturbance in PD. This study will contribute to find out the safety and efficacy of sensor-driven position-adaptive SCS in the treatment of PD gait disorder, improve patients' quality of life, and reduce the burden on family and society.

NCT ID: NCT04537481 Recruiting - Fertilization Clinical Trials

Lipidic Differences of Sperm Between Normal and Low Fertilization Patients

Start date: August 3, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Although in vitro fertilization (IVF) involve the use of semen samples, there is little scientific methodology applied when selecting sperm. To select the most appropriate spermatozoa, first the operator need to define the optimal molecular markers. Sperm lipids may contribute to sperm function, thus the investigator's aim was to compare the lipidic profiles differences of sperm samples used in IVF cycles that ultimately led to normal fertilization or low fertilization.

Explore new markers based on portal venous blood sampling to establish novel diagnostic models for identification of malignant pancreatic mass.

NCT ID: NCT04535843 Recruiting - Myasthenia Gravis Clinical Trials

Precision Diagnosis and Prospective Cohort Study for Myasthenia Gravis: Multicenter Analysis in China

Start date: February 1, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

The present study is a prospective cohort study aiming to improve the clinical capacity in the diagnosis and natural history of Chinese patients with myasthenia gravis (MG). 300 MG patients are planned to recruit, document and prospectively follow up. Management of screening test and cohort manifestation are studied.

NCT ID: NCT04535830 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Diabetes Mellitus, Type 2

The Effectiveness of Flash Glucose Monitoring System on Glycemic Control in Patients With New-onset Type 2 Diabetes

Start date: April 1, 2019

The purpose of this study is to determine if Flash glucose monitoring system improves glycemic control in adults with new-onset type 2 diabetes

NCT ID: NCT04535739 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Small-cell Lung Cancer

PCI for Patients With ES-SCLC After RCT:a Prospective Randomized Study

Start date: July 1, 2019
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

prophylactic cranial irradiation (PCI)was verified to decrease the brain metastases rates and improve the overall survival(OS)for patients with limited stage small cell lung cancer. We hypothesis that patients with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer after chemotherapy and thoracic radiation can also benefit from PCI.

NCT ID: NCT04535661 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Carbapenem-Resistant Enterobacteriaceae Infection

Risk Factors for Colonization or Infection With Carbapenem-Resistant Enterobacteriaceae in Children

Start date: March 1, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae (CRE) are increasingly identified in children in China. Pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) is the high-risk area. However, data on the epidemiology of CRE in hospitalized children in PICU are limited. The objectives of this study are to characterize the risk factors for colonization or infection with CRE and describe the microbiologic characteristics of pediatric CRE isolates. The investigators will perform a single retrospective study from January 2018 to December 2019 at PICU of Children's Hospital of Fudan University .
