There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
It is a prospective, observational cohort study of patients with dense breast tissue. The study was based on the radiomics and other clinicopathological information of patients to establish the diagnostic system for breast disease by using artificial intelligence.
PICC related venous thrombosis (PICC-RVT) is one of the common complications of PICC and the main cause of unplanned extubation. Effectively identifying the risk of PICC-RVT in patients and preventing PICC-RVT are of great clinical significance. There are many studies on the risk factors of VTE at home and abroad, and there are also many studies on the risk assessment of PICC catheter-related thrombosis, mostly focusing on sociodemographic data, comorbidities, and intubation related factors, while the research on laboratory related indicators is limited It involves D-dimer, white blood cell count (WBC), platelet count (PLT), etc., but its specificity or positive predictive value is not high, and there is no reliable biomarker report. Studies have shown that the decrease or lack of AT-Ⅲ, PC, PS activity is one of the mechanisms of hypercoagulable state in patients with cancer, and may be a biomarker of thrombosis. Many retrospective studies have also shown that the activities of AT-Ⅲ, PC, and PS are related to the occurrence and recurrence of VTE and DVT. The pathogenesis is mainly anticoagulant protein defect or decreased expression. However, when PICC is implanted in patients with AT-Ⅲ, PC and PS activity defects, whether PICC indwelling will become a predisposing factor of thrombosis is not yet known. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to understand the rate of anticoagulant protein deficiency in patients with tumor PICC-RVT, and to prospectively explore the correlation between the lack of AT-Ⅲ, PC, and PS activities and PICC-RVT, and to provide targeted preventive interventions for PICC-RVT patients Scientific basis.
This is a prospective, single-center, single-arm phase II clinical trial. This study aims to evaluate the safety and tolerability of stereotactic ablative radiotherapy (SABR) in combination with Sintilimab, and to examine the impact of the combination therapy on tumor control, long-term survival and quality of life in patients with microsatellite stable (MSS) oligometastatic colorectal cancer. A total of 60 MSS oligometastatic colorectal cancer patients will be recruited and receive multisite SABR followed by immunotherapy of Sintilimab within one week from completion. Sintilimab will be given at a fixed dose of 200mg (100mg if weight < 50 kg) via intravenous infusion on the first day of each cycle, repeated every three weeks. The dosing will continue for up to two years until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity or patient withdrawal. The tumor regression, disease control, adverse events and long-term survival will be analyzed.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of IFN-α combined with CAR-T cell therapy in relapsed and refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia (R/R ALL).
Among various bariatric procedures, sleeve gastrectomy (SG) and Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGB) are the most frequently performed procedures worldwide. Though SG provides similar weight loss effect to RYGB in short-term follow-up, its long-term and very long-term weight loss effect was reported to be inferior to RYGB. Weight regain after SG remains the major concern after 2-year follow-up due to gradual loss of appetite suppression and lack of malabsorption function. SG plus procedures have been developed to strengthen the effect of SG on diabetes control. It has been reported that SG plus jejunojejunal bypass (SG - JJB) offered better weight loss than SG and similar weight loss to RYGB. The present study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of sleeve gastrectomy plus uncut jejunojejunal bypass (SG - uncut JJB).
The objective is to compare the impact of early mobilization and routine care on diaphragm thickness in critically ill children
142 cases of patients with iRBD will be recruited from the neurology department of Ruijin Hospital, th second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University and wuhan Union Hospital. After the informed consent was signed, they were divided into a trial group and a control group randomly. Each group contains 71 cases. The patients in the trial group will be treated with Idebenone, while the patients in the control group was treated with placebo. Both groups of subjects will be treated for 5 years, and patients will be followed-up and evaluated in the first year, 3 years and 5 years after treatment. The observations include the MDS-UPDRS questionnaires evaluation, blood biomarker measurements and fMRI or PET-MR examination to make sure whether the patients has converted to synucleinopathies. Study hypothesis: Idebenone therapy for patients with iRBD is safe and effective in delaying disease progression into synucleinopathies.
To evaluate the potential value of 68Ga-FAPI-04 positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) for the diagnosis and prognosis in liver fibrosis disease.
The randomized, placebo-controlled multicenter trial is conducted in five centers in China. After screening and obtaining the signed informed consent , the participants are randomly divided into two groups: acupuncture +IVF group and sham acupuncture +IVF group.
Bladder cancer is one of the most common genitourinary cancers. Transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT) is the standard therapy for nonmuscle invasive bladder cancer. However, patients after TURBT are at risk for recurrence and progression. Benzodiazepines are proved to inhibit proliferation of multiple types of cancer cells in vitro. Delirium is an acute onset and transient cerebral dysfunction and is associated with worse outcomes. Previous studies indicated that benzodiazepines increase incidence of postoperative delirium. Remimazolam is a new benzodiazepine with rapid onset and ultra-short activity. The aims of this study are to explore the impact of remimazolam for general anesthesia on emergency delirium and recurrence-free survival in patients undergoing bladder cancer surgery.
