There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Participants (patients and volunteers) will be recruited to have their blood pressure measured by standard blood pressure assessment methods while having their face video recorded. The data collected will help improve the blood pressure measurement accuracy of Transdermal Optical Imaging, which relies on machine learning to extract physiological information from videos recorded.
The study is a single center phase II trial. The purpose is to investigate both the efficacy and safety of chemotherapy combined with anti-PD-1 antibody Followed by chemoradiotherapy in locoregionally advanced hypopharyngeal cancer.
Idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) is one of the most prevalent spinal deformity that may progress sharply during growth. It is recommended that the physiotherapeutic scoliosis-specific exercises should be the first step to treat idiopathic scoliosis to prevent/limit progression of the deformity. Three-dimensionally corrective exercise for scoliosis is based the theory of physiotherapeutic scoliosis specific exercises, which focuses on 3-dimension self-correction and consists of two parts:1)outpatient treatment including stretching, three-dimensional self-correction, balance and stability training, combined with manual fascia relaxation therapy, and and breathing training; 2)family rehabilitation: combines self-correcting gymnastics with daily posture management, etc., forming the individual exercise approach for each patient. Nevertheless, the evidence concerning three-dimensionally corrective exercise for scoliosis is inadequate. Therefore, the objective of this study is to determine the effect of three-dimensionally corrective exercise intervention on the change of Cobb angle, trunk rotation, sagittal profile, lung function, exercise endurance and health related quality-of-life, compared to conventional exercise therapy for patients with mild and moderate AIS. Informed consent will be obtained from each patient and one of their parents prior to inclusion. Eligible subjects will be divided into two groups(experimental group or control group) according to their wishes. Subjects in experimental group will perform three-dimensionally corrective exercise for scoliosis (moderate patients combined with a brace) and those in the control group will receive conventional exercise therapy (moderate patients combined with a brace). Blinded assessments at baseline and immediately post 12-month intervention will include radiographic measurement, trunk rotation, sagittal profile, lung function, exercise endurance and health related quality-of-life.
This study includes Single agent/combination dose exploration study and the phase II study. The primary purpose of this study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose(MTD)/recommended phase II dose(RP2D) of XZP-3287 and its efficacy and safety in hormone receptor(HR) positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2) negative advanced breast cancer.
This is a single center, non-randomized, open-label, phase 2 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of CD19/22 CART cells combined with PD-1 Inhibitor in relapsed/refractory B Cell Lymphoma.
300 IgG4-RD patients, 200 other autoimmune diseases, 60 IgG4-RD mimickers and 100 healthy controls were enrolled. Circulating plasmablast/plasma cells were detected of all patients at baseline and healthy controls. IgG4-RD patients were followed up every 3-6 months. Circulating plasmablast/plasma cells were also detected at disease remission and relapse. IgG4-RD patients' clinical data and laboratory parameters were collected.
This is a prospective, single-center, open-label, randomized controlled trial aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of entecavir and tenofovir versus entecavir alone in the antiviral treatment of HBV DNA positive B-cell lymphoma patients. This study plans to enroll about 120 participants in total. Recruitment will last for 2 years. The study visit will take place on the first day of each cycle of therapy until the end of the treatment. Participants who meet the inclusion/exclusion criteria were randomly assigned to receive entecavir and tenofovir or entecavir alone after signing the informed consent. HBV DNA will be measured before each cycle of chemotherapy or immunotherapy. When the copy count of HBV DNA drops below 1*10^3/L, entecavir single agent will be given orally, until one year after the cycle of therapy. Treatment response will be evaluated routinely after chemotherapy or immunotherapy. Within 2 years after the last participant is enrolled, participants' survival information will collected by telephone and/or clinical visit every 3 months after the last visit (i.e. date and cause of death, subsequent cancer treatment, etc.), if there is no withdrawal of the informed consent form.
A total of 60 TB patients aged 65 years and below who are randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group is injected with BCG-PPD test drug once, and the control group is injected with BCG-PPD control drug once.Subjects undergoing physical examination, vital signs, blood routine, urine routine, blood biochemistry, electrocardiogram, chest X-ray, tuberculosis culture, tuberculosis smear, HIV antibody test and blood pregnancy(only women of childbearing age) during the screening period.Vital signs were checked before skin test, the injection site is photographed at 0min after skin test, and vital signs are checked at 30min after skin test.Vital signs examination, injection site photography and reaction measurement are performed 48h and 72h after skin test.Physical examination, vital signs, routine blood test, routine urine test, biochemical test, electrocardiogram and blood pregnancy test are performed again 7 days after skin test to evaluate the safety of BCG-PPD.
1. To acknowledge the prevalence of renal insufficiency and kidney-related diseases in patients with chronic hepatitis B in China through epidemiological surveys in outpatient clinics of about 150 hospitals across the country; 2. To analyze the related factors of renal insufficiency and kidney-related diseases in domestic patients with chronic hepatitis B from the aspects of demographic characteristics, family history, antiviral treatment, nephrotoxic drug use history, etc.
This study intends to randomly group the patients with advanced maternal age and poor ovarian response, and the study group will undergo polar body biopsy, and the next-generation sequencing(NGS) technology will be used to evaluate the polar body euploidy and then predict the euploidy of the oocyte. Embryo transfer priority according to the NGS test results and morphological scores. In the control group undergo routine culture and the transfer priority is determined according to the morphological score only. The transfer of frozen embryos at the cleavage or blastocyst stage was permitted. Cumulative live birth rate, miscarriage rate and time required to obtain a live birth up to two ovulatory cycles in a year.
