Hypertension is a serious threat to human health and a major global economic burden.Chronic hypertension can cause left ventricular remodeling and loss of function, eventually leading to heart failure.Exploring the early changes and mechanisms of left ventricular cardiac function caused by hypertension, and to identify individuals who may develop into serious heart injury, may play a positive role in the early prevention and control of heart failure caused by hypertension.Therefore, this study intend to use two-dimensional speckle tracking technology, a non-invasive method to measure left ventricular pressure-strain loop to quantitatively reflect cardiac work index , to study different hypertension patients with normal left ventricular ejection fraction the change of the global and local cardiac work, and the influence of aterosclerosis in thes patients to myocardial work, and explore their relationship with ventricular remodeling and abnormal diastolic function.To improve the understanding of the pathophysiology of hypertension, hypertensive heart disease and heart failure, and to provide scientific support for the early prevention and control of such diseases.
The purpose of this study was to explore the effectiveness of 68Ga-PSMA PET/MRI for improving the detection of csPCa in lesions with PI-RADS score 3. This study is a prospective, observational study, single-center research. After recruiting patients who are suspected prostate cancer with a mpMRI PI-RADS version2 score of 3 and willing to perform prostate biopsy to identify the diagnosis, 68Ga-PSMA PET/MRI will be performed. Lesions will be reaccessed based on PET/MRI findings and compared with the pathological results.
A study to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of levosimendan compared with placebo in subjects with severe aortic stenosis and heart failure undergoing transcatheter aortic valve replacement
Patients with end stage renal disease (ESRD), especially after having maintenance dialysis are among the highest risk of heart failure (HF), which is the most important cause that affects survival rate and quality of life. Sacubitril/Valsartan is recommended as a first-line option for treating symptomatic chronic heart failure, especially HF with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF). Sacubitril/Valsartan was reported the different effectiveness in HFrEF and HF with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF), and the clinical trials' results are controversial in HFpEF patients. So far, there have been seven clinical trials (or subgroups of trials) that used sacubitril/valsartan in heart failure patients with chronic kidney disease, only one retrospective study to evaluate the improvement of cardiovascular biomarkers and LVEF in hemodialysis patients who have HFrEF. In addition, there is no article predicting the outcomes of Sacubitril/Valsartan, the inclusion criteria of LVEF value are not consistent. Investigators will perform a prospective, cohort study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Sacubitril/Valsartan on Cardiovascular Events Outcome in Maintenance hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients with Heart Failure, and use secondary analysis to find out the range of baseline LVEF Value to predict the therapeutic effects.
Gene mutation is a research hotspot in the occurrence of multiple malignant tumors. The somatic gene mutations of many different types of tumors not only help to study the tumorigenesis mechanism and molecular diagnosis, but also can be used as an ideal therapeutic target. Large-scale gene profiling studies performed by humans in various types of epithelial tumors have confirmed some new gene mutations. However, there are few reports on the detection of genes related to inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor, and humans have not yet understood its molecular content. Therefore, it is necessary to further use molecular detection methods to explore the molecular markers of IMT to facilitate its follow-up precise treatment plan.
This study is a multi-center, prospective, registry study. This research was supported by the National Key Research and Development Program. They were divided into experimental group and control group according to whether the treatment plan was formulated by a multidisciplinary team. Patients of experimental group is strictly in accordance with standardized multi-disciplinary treatment protocols and meet the following criteria: 1. A multi-disciplinary conference discussion; 2. Detailed preoperative evaluation based on CT, MRI, fMRI and DSA. 3. Treatment modalities meet the following treatment criteria(craniotomy, embolization and stereotactic radiosurgery). The control group was patients who had not been treated according to a multi-disciplinary treatment protocol. Patient baseline data, AVM angioarchitectural features, imaging DICOM data, surgical information, and follow-up information were registered. All patients were evaluated for neurofunction at baseline, 3 months, 12 months, and 3 years after treatment. Main observation endpoints: 1. Modified Rankin Scale; 2. Obliteration rate; 3. Subsequent hemorrhage; 4. Complication rate (such as morbidity rate, new-onset neurological dysfunction, and radiation-related complications). Secondary observation endpoint: improvement of clinical symptoms (epilepsy, headache, neurological dysfunction) at 3 months, 12 months, and 3 years after treatment.
