PMS is one of the common menstrual disorders affecting many young women, and according to epidemiological data, approximately 75% of women have PMS symptoms and 3-8% have severe PMS symptoms. The prevalence of PMS was different in different countries, with 34% in China , 72% in Turkey , 80% in Pakistan and Jordan. It was detected in the range of 92% in India and 14.3%-74.4% in India. Common premenstrual symptoms include anxiety, lack of concentration, depression, bloating, abdominal cramps, breast tenderness, anger, general body pain, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, decreased concentration, mood swings, headache, anxiety, sleep disturbance, appetite changes. In addition to physical symptoms, studies indicate that individuals reporting PMS experience more stress and anxiety, and their sensitivity to depressive symptoms increases due to hormonal fluctuations. Studies have shown that mindfulness-based cognitive methods are effective in the treatment of mood disorders such as depression. It is thought that modulating many PMS symptoms such as stress and experienced emotional problems through mindfulness-based cognitive methods may be an effective approach for future PMS interventions.
This study aimed to compare the short- and medium-term efficacy of dorso-volar kinesiotape (KT) added to home exercises (HE) with sham-KT and HE alone in the treatment of mild or moderate carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) in terms of pain, symptom severity, function, grip strength, and electrophysiological parameters.

The connection between the suprascapular notch and the shoulder joint has been demonstrated in different studies.
The aim of the study is to compare the efficacy of kinesio taping treatment and knee orthosis treatment in Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome (PFAS). 54 patients were included in the study and the patients were divided into 3 groups as kinesio taping group (KTG) (n=18), orthotics group (OG) (n=18) and control group (CG) (n=18). A progressive exercise program was applied to all groups and patients were treated 2 days a week for 6 weeks.While kinesio taping was applied to KTG in each session, knee orthosis was given to OG and they were asked to use it for 6 weeks. Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), Kujala Score, Knee injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (KOOS), isokinetic strength test (IST) and joint position sense (JPS) test were used in the evaluation.
The investigators are planning to perform a secondary analysis of an academic dataset of 1,303 patients with moderate-to-severe acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) included in several published cohorts (NCT00736892, NCT022288949, NCT02836444, NCT03145974), aimed to characterize the best early scenario during the first three days of diagnosis to predict duration of mechanical ventilation in the intensive care unit (ICU) using supervised machine learning (ML) approaches.

Down's syndrome is a genetic disorder caused by trisomy 21. Down's syndrome is most common genetic mental disability that affects children physically, mentally and functionally. It occurs due to an extra copy of chromosome 21. It involves a slightly flattened facial profile, low muscle tone upward-slanted eyes, and ligamentous laxity. Central hypotonia, mental retardation and short stature are very common features of children with down's syndrome. Children with down's syndrome are characterized by awkward movements, gait, increased flexibility of joints, timing of mastering of basic skills and , under-development of fine motor skills. Active video gaming used different games that involve interactive session that can enhance cortical recognition, motor learning and functional profile of children with DS. The objective of this study is to determine the effects of active video gaming on pre-hand writing skills of children with down's syndrome. This will be a RCT(Randomized Controlled Trial).The sample size was 18 and the study design was a case-control trial. The inclusion criteria are children with down syndrome age 6 to 12 years both male and female patients are randomly selected and children with poor pre-hand writing skills. And the exclusion criteria for this study is children with any other neurological condition like (epilepsy, instability of atlantoaxial joints, cardiac anomalies,) vision, and hearing loss. Two groups were randomly assigned and equally divided patients into each group. Group A received pre-handwriting skills, like tracing alphabets and numbers, scribbling, coloring, painting, and group B received active video gaming and prehandwriting skills. For measuring each group developmental coordination disorder questionnaire tool is used. The session will be taken 30 mins thrice a week for (8consecutive weeks). SPSS for Windows software, version 25 will be used to analyze the data using statistical Significance p=0.05. The Shapiro-Wilk test will be used to check the normality of data. Iliotibial band syndrome is where a tendon called iliotibial band gets irritated or swollen from rubbing against hip or knee when it gets too tensed. Iliotibial band (ITB) syndrome (ITBS) is the most common cause of lateral knee pain among athletes who are involved in sports that require continuous running or repetitive knee flexion and extension. The incidence ranges from 1.6% to 12% in runners. The aim of the study is to compare the effects of clamshells and frog pump exercises on gluteus medius strengthening and lower extremity function in runners with iliotibial band syndrome.
