This trial studies the frequency of cachexia in ambulatory cancer patients and the psychological burden in patients and their primary caregivers who are referred to an outpatient supportive care clinic. Studying how often loss of appetite and/or unintentional weight loss (cachexia) occurs in patients seen in the supportive care clinic may help researchers develop new ways to lower stress in patients who suffer from loss of appetite and weight loss as well as their family caregivers.

Modified Immune Cells (AFM13-NK) and A Monoclonal Antibody (AFM13) in Treating Patients With Recurrent or Refractory CD30 Positive Hodgkin or Non-Hodgkin Lymphomas

This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of modified umbilical cord blood immune cells (natural killer [NK] cells) combined with the antibody AFM13 (AFM13-NK) and AFM13 alone in treating patients with CD30 positive Hodgkin lymphoma or non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back (recurrent) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as AFM13, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Giving AFM13 loaded with NK cells followed by AFM13 alone may kill more cancer cells and decrease cancer growth in patients with CD30 positive AFM13-NK Hodgkin and Non-Hodgkin lymphomas.

Ablation STrategies for Repeat PrOcedures in Patients With Atrial Fibrillation Recurrences

The aim of the study is to evaluate different ablation strategies in patients with AF recurrences despite chronic PVI after prior catheter ablation. The present study is a multi-centre prospective randomized study enrolling 256 patients with drug-refractory AF despite previous AF ablation. After PV remapping confirming durable PVI patients will be assigned to 2 different groups: Group A: Substrate modification. After obtaining a voltage map of the LA, substrate modification will be performed aiming at low-voltage areas (LVA) < 0.5mV. Group B: LAA isolation. Patients will undergo LAA-isolation using the cryoballoon (CB). Catheter ablation procedures will be performed with commercially available devices including 3D mapping systems (CARTO, EnSite) and irrigated radiofrequency current (RFC) ablation or cryothermal balloon ablation (Arctic Front Advance). The primary endpoint is freedom from documented recurrence of AF or any atrial tachyarrhythmia lasting > 30 seconds between day 91 and 365 after the index procedure.

Regorafenib is FDA approved administered as monotherapy during the study. 22 total patients are expected to participate in this study. Even though a participant may meet all the criteria for participation, it is possible that they will not be enrolled in this study.

This phase II trial studies how well olaparib with or without tremelimumab works in treating patients with ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancer that has come back (recurrent). PARPs are proteins that help repair deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) mutations. PARP inhibitors, such as olaparib, can keep PARP from working, so tumor cells can't repair themselves, and they may stop growing. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as tremelimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving olaparib and tremelimumab together may work better than olaparib alone in treating patients with ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancer.

Evaluation of LY2606368 Therapy in Combination With Cyclophosphamide or Gemcitabine for Children and Adolescents With Refractory or Recurrent Group 3/Group 4 or SHH Medulloblastoma Brain Tumors

SJELIOT is a phase 1 trial that aims to explore the combination of prexasertib with established DNA-damaging agents used in medulloblastoma to evaluate tolerance and pharmacokinetics in recurrent or refractory disease. Additionally, a small expansion cohort will be incorporated into the trial at the combination MTD/RP2D (maximum tolerated dose/recommended phase two dose) to detect a preliminary efficacy signal. Stratum A: Prexasertib and Cyclophosphamide Primary Objectives - To determine the safety and tolerability and estimate the maximum tolerated dose (MTD)/recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of combination treatment with prexasertib and cyclophosphamide in participants with recurrent/refractory Group 3 and Group 4 medulloblastoma and recurrent/refractory sonic hedgehog (SHH) medulloblastoma. - To characterize the pharmacokinetics of prexasertib in combination with cyclophosphamide. Secondary Objectives - To estimate the rate and duration of objective response and progression free survival (PFS) associated with prexasertib and cyclophosphamide treatment in this patient population. - To characterize the pharmacokinetics of cyclophosphamide and metabolites. Stratum B: Prexasertib and Gemcitabine Primary Objectives - To determine the safety and tolerability and estimate the MTD/RP2D of combination treatment with prexasertib and gemcitabine in participants with recurrent/refractory Group 3 and Group 4 medulloblastoma. - To characterize the pharmacokinetics of prexasertib in combination with gemcitabine. Secondary Objectives - To estimate the rate and duration of objective response and PFS associated with prexasertib and gemcitabine treatment in this patient population. - To characterize the pharmacokinetics of gemcitabine and gemcitabine triphosphate (only at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital).
