Filter by:The purpose of this study is to determine what effects (good and bad) niraparib has on patients with recurrent brain cancer.
Allogeneic hematopoietic transplantation (AlloHCT) is a robust therapeutic that is used as a consolidation strategy in a number of haematological cancers. It provides durable responses as compared to chemotherapy alone. Despite the potential of the graft-versus-tumor effect that is driven by AlloHCT, relapse after AlloHCT remains common. Yet, the psychological impact of relapse after allograft is poorly appreciated.
The primary purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of lumasiran on the percent change in urinary oxalate excretion in patients with recurrent calcium oxalate kidney stone disease.
This is a Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Phase 3 Trial of the Efficacy, Safety, and Tolerability of a Single Oral Administration of CP101 for the Prevention of Recurrent Clostridioides difficile Infection (PRISM4). This Phase 3 trial will be conducted in 2 parts: a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial arm and an optional open-label treatment arm. After completing standard-of-care (SOC) CDI antibiotics for their most recent CDI recurrence, patients who meet all eligibility requirements will be randomized in a 2:1 ratio to receive either CP101 or placebo. Patients will be evaluated for CDI recurrence and safety follow-up through Week 8, the primary endpoint, as well as through Week 24. Patients who qualify may enroll into the optional open label arm if they experience CDI recurrence through week 8.
The Sentinel™ Trial is a non-randomized, large-scale observational trial designed to: 1) evaluate the ability of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA)-based minimal residual disease (MRD) testing to detect recurrence in advance of standard-of-care techniques across solid tumors, and 2) determine the clinical benefit of therapy in ctDNA-positive participants. The study offers the opportunity to 1) serially monitor participants for ctDNA changes, 2) define ctDNA kinetics across tumor and therapy types, 3) identify participants with ctDNA evidence of MRD, and 4) understand the clinical benefit of ctDNA status on treatment outcomes.
Phase Ib/II open label, multicenter study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of anti-PD-1 and VEGF bispecific antibody (AK112) combined with PARP inhibitor in patients with recurrent ovarian cancer.
This is a multicenter, randomized, open-label, Phase 2/3 study that will evaluate the efficacy and safety of bempegaldesleukin (BEMPEG; NKTR-214) combined with pembrolizumab compared with pembrolizumab monotherapy in patients with recurrent or metastatic HNSCC with positive PD-L1 expression (CPS ≥ 1).
This is a multicenter, open-label, Phase 1b/2 efficacy and safety study of Berubicin utilizing a Simon's 2-stage design to confirm the efficacy (or futility) of a single arm of Berubicin treatment, administered at the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) identified in Phase 1 studies (7.5 mg/m2 Berubicin HCl), on the endpoint of ORR in up to approximately 61 patients. A central reader will determine the radiologic responses for each patient according to m RANO criteria. The responder criteria for this Simon's design will be based on objective response criteria defined as individual patients achieving CR or PR per m-RANO criteria within 6 months from baseline.
This clinical trial evaluates the effect of tislelizumab in treating patients with mismatch repair deficient endometrial cancer that has come back (recurrent). Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) mismatch repair (MMR) is a system for recognizing and repairing DNA errors and damage. Mismatch repair deficient tumors (dMMR) may have difficulty repairing DNA mutations during replication that may affect tumor's response to therapy. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as tislelizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving tislelizumab may help treat patients with mismatch repair deficient endometrial cancer.
Randomized phase III clinical trial to compare the efficacy of the two most widely used ablation techniques (cryotherapy and radiofrequency) after recurrence of atrial fibrillation (AF) in patients requiring a new ablation procedure.
