Filter by:This is a Phase 1/2a, first-in-human, open-label, multicenter study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of FL-301 in patients with advanced cancer.
This Phase 1 study will be a multicenter, single agent, dose escalation and dose expansion study conducted in patients with advanced late stage cancer (pancreatic or gastric including esophageal junction cancers) for which the investigator determines there to be no other standard of care or higher priority therapies available.
This early phase I trial studies the direct effects on cancer cells of the drugs binimetinib and palbociclib, in patients with KRAS-positive lung, colorectal, or pancreatic cancer that can be removed by surgery (operable). Binimetinib and palbociclib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving binimetinib and palbociclib may halt the growth of cancer cells and improve access of the immune system cells, a patient's own cells that fight infection and cancer, into the tumor.
This study will combine focused ultrasound to generate heat, and a heat-sensitive chemotherapy drug (ThermoDox®), delivered into the blood of participants with non-resectable pancreatic cancer. We will compare this to standard delivery of chemotherapy - the drug Doxorubicin given into the blood without the addition of ultrasound. We aim to determine whether the novel approach to delivering chemotherapy with heating the tumour by focused ultrasound can enhance the amount of drug delivered to pancreatic tumours. This will be measured by analysing a biopsy sample of treated tumour.
The main purpose of the study is to assess the safety of 89Zr-panitumumab as a molecular imaging agent in patients with (metastatic) pancreas cancer.
Phase 1 study evaluating feasibility, safety, and immune response to a personalized neoantigen vaccine combined with retifanlimab for MMR-p mCRC and mPDAC patients with measurable disease following first-line FOLFIRINOX/FOLFOXIRI (FFX).
In this clinical trial we want to investigate the clinical benefit of a complementary therapy using therapeutical modalities of the traditional chinese medicine in patients suffering from advanced cancer.
The purpose of the Phase 1/2a study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of SNK01 in combination with trastuzumab or cetuximab in order to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD)/recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D), and the preliminary efficacy for each combination regimen.
This is a a single-arm, prospective study of Camrelizumab combined with ablation and chemotherapy for patients with Pancreatic cancer liver metastasis. The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of Camrelizumab combined with ablation and chemotherapy as a treatment of Pancreatic cancer liver metastasis.
This single-site, non-randomized, open-label study to assess the initial safety and efficacy of the LUM Imaging System for detection of primary pancreatic cancer and peritoneal invasion from primary pancreatic cancer during surgery. In this feasibility study, the tumor detection algorithm will be developed for this indication.
