In our study, we aimed to calculate the ideal measurement of the distance of the erector spina muscle to the skin and to find the best ultrasonography image at different thoracic levels (T1-T2, T5-T6, T5-T6, T11-T12) and in other positions (lateral-sitting-pron) to improve the quality of the block in patients who will undergo erector spina plan block. Our primary goal is to determine which thoracic level the erector spinae muscle is closer to the skin and whether the USG screen image is better. Our secondary goal is to find out in which position the erector spinae muscle is closer to the skin and the USG screen image is better.
This is a non-randomised, single arm, open-label study of medical cannabis, Cybis™ 10:25, in participants with chronic back or neck pain in which participants receive escalating doses of Cybis™ 10:25.
Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of Chiropractic care on pain, quality of life and sleep in pregnant women compared to a control group. The study is designed as non-randomized controlled trial. Forty-two pregnant women at least on the 14th week of gestation will be included. Control group will include women receiving regular care, but no chiropractic care. Care will extend for 4 weeks. Outcomes measures include sleep quality, pain and quality of life questionnaires.
The Nalu Neurostimulation System is capable of delivering multiple therapy options to address patient needs. The study will confirm the efficacy, safety, comfort and compliance with the Nalu Neurostimulation System in adult subjects with chronic pain in the legs and back. Patients who have been diagnosed with failed back surgery syndrome (FBSS) and meet other study eligibility criteria will be enrolled in the study to receive the Nalu Neurostimulation System.
