Filter by:This research study is testing the use of a smartphone app to identify clinically meaningful changes in the behaviors of patients' with gynecological cancers by using passively collected smartphone data.
To investigate the effectiveness and tolerability of a second maintenance treatment in participants with platinum-sensitivity relapsed (PSR) epithelial ovarian cancer, who have previously received PARPi maintenance treatment and who have benefit (complete response [CR] or partial response [PR]) or stable disease (SD) from further platinum based chemotherapy.
The purpose of this study is to find out if a new drug, M4344, is safe and has beneficial effects when given in combination with the PARP inhibitor, Niraparib, in women with recurrent ovarian cancer that has progressed while on a PARP inhibitor.
Background: A person s white blood cells can be modified in a lab to recognize certain changes in their tumor. Many of these cells are collected from the person, modified, then given back to the person. This may help treat some cancers. Objective: To learn if a person s white blood cells modified with T-cell receptors can cause solid tumors to shrink. Eligibility: People ages 18-70 who have cancer of the gastrointestinal tract, genitourinary tract, ovary, breast, or lung that has spread, or who have glioblastoma. Design: Participants will be screened and have their cells prepared for treatment in another protocol. Participants will be hospitalized one week before treatment. They will stay approximately 3 - 4 weeks after treatment. Participants will get the modified white blood cells and chemotherapy through an IV catheter, which is a small plastic tube inserted in a vein. Participants will take drugs by mouth to prevent infection. They will receive filgrastim as a shot or injection under the skin. Participants will have tests before, during, and after treatment: Heart, blood, and urine tests Chest X-ray Physical exam Scans: They will lie in a machine that takes pictures of the body. Possible apheresis: The participant s blood is removed through a needle in an arm. The blood goes through a machine that removes the white blood cells. The rest of the blood is returned through a needle in the other arm. Participants will have visits about 6 and 12 weeks after treatment. If they are responding to treatment, they will then have visits every 3-6 months for 3 years. Then they will join another study and be followed about 12 more years.
This study is a phase II, multi-centre, open label study in patients with advanced ovarian cancer. The treatment being tested is Pamiparib, with daily dosing. All patients enrolled to the study will receive treatment with pamiparib. Patients will be selected for entry into the study based on the molecular signature of their cancer.
Multi-center, phase III trial of DCVAC/OvCa added to standard of care treatments for relapsed ovarian cancer. Patients will receive study treatment until all doses are administered, or other criteria are met.
ENGOT-OV42 / NSGO-AVATAR: This three-arm randomized trial is to demonstrate efficacy of niraparib-bevacizumab-dostarlimab triplet combination against standard of care treatment and to demonstrate efficacy of niraparib-bevacizumab-dostarlimab triplet combination against niraparib-bevacizumab doublet combination for patients with platinum-sensitive epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancer
The purpose of this study is evaluate the pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, immunogenicity and anti-tumor effect of of fully human anti - VEGF monoclonal antibody LY00101 and explore the potential prognostic and predictive biomarkers. This study will not take into account the results of molecular-genetic tests of patients enrolled in the study
This is an open label, multi-center, Phase 1/2 clinical trial in subjects with recurrent adenocarcinoma of the ovary who have been previously treated with a minimum of two courses of platinum-based chemotherapy, and up to two additional cytotoxic regimens that may also have included platinum (no more than four total lines of prior therapy), with or without bevacizumab, whose cancer has recurred within six months of the most recent platinum-based chemotherapy. All eligible subjects will receive VAL 083 i.v. in a once weekly cycle until disease progression, development of other unacceptable toxicity, death, withdrawal of consent, loss to follow-up, or Sponsor ending the study, whichever occurs first.
This is a phase 1b/2 study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of metronomic combination therapy in subjects with epithelial ovarian cancer who have progressed on or after SoC therapy.
