This study was planned as an experimental study with a randomized crossover design to determine the effect of supine, prone, right lateral, left lateral, and quarter prone positions used during daily routine care in the neonatal intensive care unit on physiological parameters (oxygen saturation, heart rate, respiratory rate) of preterm neonates receiving mechanical ventilation.
There are many methods that nurses use while providing care education to individuals. Tele-nursing, which is one of the current methods, is an innovative approach, but it is a useful method in meeting the post-discharge home care needs of patients who are dependent or partially dependent on others and who live in areas far from health care institutions. In today's health care delivery system, it is of great importance to develop a tele-nursing-based care approach by making effective infrastructure studies related to tele-nursing services. Although a limited number of studies have been conducted on different patient groups regarding the tele-nursing method in Turkey, no study has been found that determines the effect of tele-nursing education on patients' quality of life and self-care power in stroke patients. In this respect, it is thought that it is important to conduct studies that will examine the effects of tele-nursing on patients who need long-term care such as stroke at the national level. The aim of this study is to find out the effects of telenursing training based on self-care theory which was given to patients diagnosed with stroke on quality of life and self-care agency.
The aim of this study was to examine the effect of the tele-exercise program applied to children with cystic fibrosis in the Covid-19 pandemic on the quality of life and the symptoms experienced during exercise
Teaching the nursing process that nursing students will use throughout their professional career is very important. In this direction, considering the Z generation, innovative and technology-based teaching methods should be used. Since the subject of the nursing process is the building block of nursing, its teaching should also be effective. The use of innovative and technology-based education methods that will increase the active participation of the students in the teaching of the nursing process, reinforce the learning, and encourage them to use problem-solving and critical thinking skills has been very important in recent years. For this reason, this research was planned to examine the effect of flipped learning(FL) on students' problem solving and critical thinking skills and their views on this model in nursing process teaching. In this study, it will be carried out with mixed method. In the quantitative part of the research, pre-test-post-test, experimental design with randomized control group will be used, and in the qualitative part, case study and phenomenological design will be used.
A randomized clinical trial will be performed. Patients aged 3 and 4 years who attend the pediatric emergency service of the Miguel Servet Hospital in Zaragoza and require venipuncture will be selected. In the control group, traditional venipuncture will be performed, placing the child in supine position on the stretcher with the limb to be punctured in decline. In the intervention group, the DAK method will be used, where the adult will hold the child simulating a hug. A professional will take care of immobilizing the chosen limb, and the nurse will perform the venipuncture. The researchers believe that 3 and 4-year-old children subjected to venipuncture using the Koala Attachment Distraction method present a lower level of stress and pain, as well as their companions a lower level of anxiety, compared to those subjected to physical restraint. Condition of disease: Patients aged 3 and 4 years, who attend the pediatric emergency service of the Miguel Servet Hospital in Zaragoza and require venipuncture. Intervention: Traditional venipuncture, in supine position on the stretcher with the limb to be punctured in decline. + DAK method, simulating a hug.

The study was planned as a randomized controlled experimental study.
