Infantile colic is a developmental disorder that reduces comfort levels in infants with intense crying crises and has negative effects on the infant and family. The study is planned to measure the effect of the combination of maternal heart sound simulation, aromatic foot massage and maternal heart sound simulation and aromatic foot massage on the colic and comfort levels of infants with infantile colic. It is aimed to alleviate colic symptoms, increase comfort levels, regulate daily crying and sleep durations (increase in sleep durations, decrease in crying durations) and support the development of infants in this context by using maternal heart sound simulation, aromatic foot massage and their combined application.
Background: Nurse Demand Management was born in 2009 out of the need to address the growth of spontaneous acute demand in primary care. But it is not until 2013 that guidelines for the exercise of nursing actions in demand management were established in Catalonia, Spain. Nurses trained specifically to solve acute and low complexity health problems generate a quality of care comparable to that provided by family medicine doctors. On the other hand, it is worth highlighting the need to rationalise medical resources in primary care centres, primary care emergency centres or points of continuous care (different emergency facilities in the territory in terms of size and services) in order to give priority to doctors being able to dedicate more time to medium or high complexity pathology. Although nurse demand management has been implemented in primary care teams for years, it is being carried out in different intensities according to the needs or priorities of each health territory. The promotion of the autonomous role of nursing through the implementation of nurse demand management in the urgent spontaneous demand of low complexity can be transcendent, both in the optimisation of health resources in primary care and in the management of the demand for care. Hypothesis: The implementation of nurse demand management is a factor of improvement in the efficiency and quality of care in the Primary Care Emergency Centre of the city of Mataró (Barcelona, Spain). Objectives: The main objective of this study was to determine whether the implementation of nurse demand management is a factor in improving efficiency and quality of care in the CUAP of Mataró. Methodology: Non-randomised controlled experimental intervention study. Application of a consensual guide with 5 reasons for health consultations where demand management nursing can be applied.

The study is planned to be conducted in the CAG unit of a university hospital between July 2023 and December 2023, the study sample will be composed of a total of 210 individuals, 105 in each group (music applied group before and after the procedure = 105, control group = 105) To collect data in the study, the "Patient Information Form", Vital Signs Evaluation Form", "Numerical Rating Scale", State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, "Perianesthesia Comfort Scale" and "Patient Satisfaction Survey on Nursing Care Quality" were used.
Brief Summary: Purpose: This clinical trial aims to investigate the effect of educational interventions (HeBSaPU) based on the Health Belief Model on safe pesticide use and biomarkers among greenhouse agricultural workers. The main questions it aims to answer are; 1. Compared to the control group, HeBSaPU affects safe pesticide use practices in greenhouse agricultural workers. 2. Compared to the control group, HeBSaPU affects safe pesticide use health beliefs in greenhouse agricultural workers. 3. Compared to the control group, HeBSaPU affects pesticide exposure determined by urine samples in greenhouse agricultural workers. Participants took educational interventions based on Health Belief Model (HBM) sub-dimensions; including educational posters, free personal protective equipment (PPE) incentives, short reminder messages, and demonstration components about correct PPE usage.
In this study, the effect of acupressure on postoperative pain level in women with abdominal gynecologıcal surgery will be studied and it will be conducted as a randomized controlled intervention study to examine the relationships with each other.The sample group will consist of 102 women, 51 in the intervention group and 51 in the control group.Within the scope of the study, the data will be collected using the 'Personal Information Form and Short-Form McGill Pain Questionnaire (SF-MPQ)' created by the researcher. Data will be analyzed using SPSS-26 package.
Aim: The aim of this study is to examine the effect of motivational interviewing-based training program on reducing cardiovascular disease risk factors in adults. Methods: In the first stage, individuals' CVD risk levels were determined. In the second stage, a 6-session motivational interview-based training program was applied to the intervention group with a medium CVD risk level (HearthSCORE score between 2 and 5 points). Brochures were distributed to the control group.
Medication adherence is the primary care to stabilize the symptoms of patients with schizophrenia, but more than half of community patients still do not adhere to medication. According to the latest research of our team, the motivational interviewing may be more effective in promoting medication adherence than the insight. In the past, there was a lack of theoretical and empirical motivational interviewing and integrated medication adherence program. Therefore, the first year of this plan has completed the construction of integrated medication adherence. Considering the current lack of training and promotion of the blended learning model assisted by convenient and effective mobile technology. Aim: To develop and evaluate the effectiveness of an integrated program combined with technology-assisted blended learning on motivational interviewing knowledge, motivational interviewing skills, and motivational interviewing self-efficacy for psychiatric mental health nurses.

In the light of technological developments, learner-centered methods have begun to replace traditional teaching methods. Simulation applications are increasing in order to ensure patient safety and improve the quality of care in the training of nurses. Virtual reality, which is one of the simulation applications, is defined as an interactive, fun and virtual environment with three-dimensional visual feedback consisting of different sensory stimuli, where computer software and hardware are used together. When the studies on virtual reality, which is seen as a treatment, care and education tool in health care services, are examined; It is seen that virtual reality is mostly used in the teaching of some basic skills and in the education of nursing/medical students. From this point of view, in this project, which was submitted to the proposal, it was aimed to develop a virtual reality software for the care management of the intensive care patient and to investigate the effect of this software on the new intensive care nurses. Nurses to be included in the study will be randomly assigned to the control (n=34) and study groups (n=34). The research will be carried out in the following steps: 1) According to Kolcaba's Comfort Theory, the patient case scenario including the care management of the intensive care patient will be prepared and transferred to the virtual reality software, 2) The nurses in both groups will be given theoretical training on the care management of the intensive care patients, 3) The nurses forming the control group will be given theoretical training. A routine orientation training program will be given, and virtual reality glasses will be applied to the study group 4) "Knowledge Level Questionnaire", "Clinical Practice Skill Observation Form", "Problem Solving" before the theoretical training, 1 week after the application and in the first month of the application for both groups. Inventory", "Clinical Decision Making Scale in Nursing", "State Anxiety Inventory" and "Satisfaction Level Questionnaire" will be applied. With the software planned to be developed within the scope of the project, it is predicted that patient comfort and quality of life in intensive care will increase by providing rapid orientation to the clinic of the new intensive care nurses and increasing their clinical practice, problem solving and clinical decision making skills.
