This study is investigating a new experimental therapy, MP0317, a DARPin® drug candidate targeting fibroblast activation protein (FAP) and CD40. Preclinical studies suggest that MP0317 may provide benefit for the treatment of tumors known to express high levels of FAP and for which approved therapies have been exhausted. This is the first study of MP0317 in humans and its main purpose is to test its safety and tolerability in patients with advanced solid tumors. This study will also examine the blood levels of MP0317 at several increasing dose levels and a recommended dose for further development will be determined. The recommended dose will be tested in a second part of the study to confirm safety and to further assess the preliminary biologic and anti-tumor activity.
This first-in-human open-label, multi center, dose-escalation and expansion study is designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and PK of BAT6021 alone or in combination with BAT1308 (an anti-PD-1 antibody) in participants with locally advanced, recurrent, or metastatic incurable tumors for whom standard therapy does not exist, has proven to be ineffective or intolerable, or is considered inappropriate, or for whom a clinical trial of an investigational agent is a recognized standard of care.
A Phase 1b/2 Study of Repotrectinib in Combination with Other Anticancer Therapies for the Treatment of Subjects with KRAS-Mutant Advanced Solid Tumors (TRIDENT-2)
This is a Phase 1 dose-finding study of FT538 in combination with monoclonal antibodies.
A study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and antitumor activity of PF-07260437, a B7-H4 x CD3 bispecific mAb, in participants aged ≥18 years of age with advanced or metastatic breast cancer, ovarian cancer or endometrial cancer. Adult participants with other advanced or metastatic high B7-H4 expressing tumors may be considered after discussion with and approval from sponsor.
Primary Objectives: Part 1 (Dose Escalation) - To determine the MTD/maximum administered dose (MAD) of SAR443216 administered as a single agent in participants with HER2 expressing solid tumors and determine the RD(s) for intravenous (IV) and subcutaneous (SC) administration in the dose escalation part. - To determine the safety of SAR443216 after intravenous (IV) and subcutaneous (SC) administration. Part 2 (Dose expansion) • To assess preliminary clinical activity of single agent SAR443216 at the RD(s) in participants with HER2 expressing solid tumors, with various levels of HER2 expression. Secondary Objectives: Part 1 • To assess preliminary clinical activity of single agent SAR443216 after IV and SC administration at the RD(s) in participants with HER2 expressing solid tumors, with various levels of HER2 expression. Part 2 • To determine the safety of SAR443216. Part 1 and 2 - To characterize the pharmacokinetic (PK) profile of SAR443216 when administered as a single agent after IV and SC (Part 1 only) administration. - To evaluate the immunogenicity of SAR443216 after IV and SC administration. - To assess preliminary clinical activity of single agent SAR443216 at the RD(s) in participants with HER2 expressing solid tumors, with various levels of HER2 expression.
