68Ga-Dotatoc Positron Emission Tomography (PET) for Somatostatin Receptor-Positive Neuroendocrine Tumors (NETs)

This study plans to demonstrate the safety and efficacy of [68Ga]-DOTA-tyr3-Octreotide ([68Ga]-DOTATOC) as an accurate imaging technique for diagnosis, staging, and monitoring of response to treatment in patients with Somatostatin receptor expressing tumors who undergo imaging with a clinical indication. The investigators will conduct a study for 68Ga-DOTATOC as a diagnostic PET/CT imaging agent for the detection of NETs, mainly carcinoid tumors. 68Ga-DOTATOC will be used in diagnostic assessment of patients with known or suspected NETs for whom there is an appropriate standard clinical indication for 68Ga-DOTATOC PET/CT either at staging or during follow up.

Safety, Preliminary Efficacy and Pharmacokinetics of ASN001 in Metastatic Castrate Resistant Prostate Cancer

This study will be conducted in three parts. Part A is a dose-escalation study to determine two safe and tolerable doses of ASN001 for men with metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer. Part A will also characterize the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of the ASN001 through blood sampling. Subjects in Part B will receive one of two doses identified in Part A to determine which one is more effective, and collect additional pharmacokinetic data. Part C is an extension for subjects completing either Part A or B.

Preoperative Folfirinox for Resectable Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma - A Phase II Study

This phase II trial studies how well combination chemotherapy works in treating patients with pancreatic cancer before undergoing surgery. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as irinotecan hydrochloride, oxaliplatin, leucovorin calcium, and fluorouracil (FOLFIRINOX), work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) before surgery may make the tumor smaller and reduce the amount of normal tissue that needs to be removed.

Study of Pembrolizumab Plus Chemotherapy in Patients With Advanced Cancer (PembroPlus)

The Phase Ib and II cohorts will enroll patients with metistatic solid tumors. Phase II only will enroll the following patients: Patients with metastatic sarcoma to be enrolled in the following 4 arms: pembro plus gemcitabine, pembro plus gemcitabine and docetaxel, pembro plus gemcitabine and vinorelbine, and pembro plus liposomal doxorubicin. Patients with metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma to be enrolled in the pembro plus gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel arm. Patients with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer to be enrolled in the pembro plus irinotecan arm. Patients with ER+ breast cancer to be enrolled in the pembro and vinorelbine arm. Patients with ovarian cancer to be enrolled in the pembroplus liposomal doxorubicin arm. Patients with metastatic TNBC (ER/PR/HER2 negative) to be enrolled in the pembro plus gemcitabine arm.

Impact of Availability of Showerpatch for Patients With Intravenous Catheters

Venous catheters are necessary for the treatment of many patients. Showering with a venous catheter is often prohibited due to the infection risk when the insertion site becomes wet. Therefore these patients are challenged to keep the catheter insertion site dry and always covered with a dressing. Washing themselves is often impossible without assistance of a nurse or significant other. For patients with a catheter connected to an infusion line, it is even more difficult. Showerpatch is a newly developed dressing that safeguards the insertion site of an IV catheter from water during bathing activities. The purpose of this trial is to evaluate the impact of the availability of Showerpatch by comparing the outcomes in patients regarding the patient's autonomy in bathing activities, the material use and the time needed from caregivers in home care. Additionally qualitative data on patient's bathing activities and the use of Showerpatch will be collected.

There will be two phase II cohorts for pembro plus trastuzumab: one cohort will be for patients with unresectable HER2 overexpressing gastric or GEJ cancers, the other cohort will be for patients with HER2 overexpressing metastatic breast cancer (MBC). The pembro plus ado-trastuzumab emtansine phase II arm will be for patients with HER2 overexpressing MBC. There will be two phase II cohorts for pembro plus cetuximab: one cohort will be for patients with HNSCC, the other cohort will be for patients with K-ras, B-raf, N-ras wildtype metastatic CRC.

Study of Mutation-Targeted Therapy With Sunitinib or Everolimus in People With Advanced Low- or Intermediate-Grade Neuroendocrine Tumors of the Gastrointestinal Tract and Pancreas With or Without Cytoreductive Surgery

Background: - Neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) come from cells of the hormonal and nervous systems. Some people have surgery to shrink the tumor. Sometimes the tumors come back. Researchers think that treatment with drugs based on knowing the defective gene might give better results. Objective: - To see if drugs selected based on the defective gene result in better tumor response. The drugs are Sunitinib and Everolimus. Eligibility: - People age 18 and older with an advanced low- or intermediate-grade gastrointestinal or pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor. Design: - Participants will be screened with: - Medical history - Physical exam - Scans - Blood, urine, and lab tests - The study team will see if participants should have surgery. - If yes, participants will: - Sign a separate consent - Have computed tomography (CT) scan before and after surgery - Have as much of the tumor removed as possible. A small piece will be tested for mutation type. - If no, participants will have a small piece of tumor removed for the testing. - If the surgery might cure them, the participant will leave the study. The other participants will be assigned to take either Sunitinib or Everolimus. - Participants will take their drug by mouth once a day. They will keep a medicine diary. Some will keep track of their blood pressure at least weekly. - Screening tests may be repeated at study visits. Participants also may have their heart evaluated. - About 30 days after the last day of their study drug, participants will have a follow-up visit that repeats the screening tests. - Participants will be contacted every 3 months after this visit.
