Filter by:Multicentric prospective and observational study to assess the 5-year overall survival in a cohort of patients with unresectable liver-only colorectal metastases, well controlled by chemotherapy prior to liver transplantation.
Non-commercial, prospective, randomized, multicenter, national, phase II, open-label comparative clinical trial. The patients will be randomized in a 1: 1 ratio in two arms: Control arm. Systemic chemotherapy with FOLFOX6m + monoclonal Ab Experimental arm. Systemic chemotherapy with FOLFOX6m + monoclonal Ab + Intra-arterial liver chemotherapy with LIFEPEARLS-IRINOTECAN (catheterization and infusion of 100 +/- 50 micron microspheres loaded with 100 mg of irinotecan in both liver lobes) cycles 2 and 4. The main objective is to evaluate the radiological objective response rate according to the RECIST version 1.1 criteria at 6 months. Secondary objectives include: Evaluate overall survival, progression-free survival (PFS), safety profile, hepatic PFS, R0 liver surgery rate.
1. Evaluate the feasibility of single cell sequencing technology based on three-dimensional bionic capture network; 2. To build a risk prediction model of bone related events based on single cell sequencing; 3. To verify the risk prediction model of bone related events by single cell sequencing; 4. To verify the comprehensive treatment of non-small cell lung cancer ( NSCLC) bone metastases.
This study represents a survivorship protocol that focuses on cognition and health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in cancer patients that have received prior brain irradiation. The primary purpose of this study is to assess the feasibility of using a digital symptom tracking application focused on HRQoL and cognition in cancer survivors who received brain irradiation.
This study is being done to look at how effective the drug, atezolizumab, with or without the drug bevacizumab, is for people with inoperable liver cancer or non-small lung cancer that has spread to the liver. This will be done by looking at the duration of time from starting the study drug(s) until the cancer worsens in study participants. This study will collect blood and tumor tissue samples from participants to look at changes to their tumor(s) before and after receiving atezolizumab and/or bevacizumab.
This is a single arm, pilot study of PET/MRI scan with radiotracer 18F-Fluoroazomycin Arabinoside (FAZA) before and after standard of care platinum-based chemotherapy for patients with metastasized Gastro-Oesophageal Cancer. Gastroesophageal cancer (GEC) accounted for 2,3000 deaths in Canada in 2017 and majority of the patients present or develop metastatic disease following diagnosis. These patients are treated with platinum-based chemotherapy. There is currently no biomarker that can be used to predict the therapy responses. Additionally, patients that do not respond to the chemotherapy often deteriorate rapidly and are unable to receive second line therapy. Intratumoral hypoxia (low oxygen concentration) is a signature feature of aggressive and resistant tumour phenotype. Accurately predicting hypoxia in solid tumours offers an innovative and rational pradigm for predicting therapy responses. PET/MRI is an imaging technique combining the Positron Emission Tomography (PET) scan with Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scan. A radiotracer called 18F-Fluoroazomycin Arabinoside (FAZA) is used as a type of "dye" in the PET/MRI scan. The primary goal of the study is to validate FAZA PET/MRI as a biomarker of hyupoxia in setting of gastro-oesophageal carcinoma. Patients with GEC will undergo FAZA PET/MRI scan before and after the standard of care chemotherapy. This would be correlated with clinical outcome in patients with metastatic GEC that have different responses to chemotherapy. Ultimately, we hope that the use FAZA PET/MRI in the study can help select the most effective treatment method for advanced GEC to extend life and improve quality of life while minimizing toxicity and healthcare costs. The study subjects' clinical management will not be changed based on the PET-MR scan within the trial.
A multi-center, randomized, double-blind, comparative study to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of QL1206 and Xgeva® in patients with bone metastases from solid tumors.
This is a single-arm, single-center pilot study in which 10 patients with one to four brain metastases diagnosed on brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) within the past 30 days will be evaluated for study eligibility and enrolled as appropriate.
This study includes Single agent/combination dose exploration study and the phase II study. The primary purpose of this study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose(MTD)/recommended phase II dose(RP2D) of XZP-3287 and its efficacy and safety in hormone receptor(HR) positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2) negative advanced breast cancer.
To evaluate the potential usefulness of 68Ga-BNU-PSMA positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) for the diagnosis of primary and metastatic lesions in various types of cancer.
