NCT ID: NCT04362436 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Neuroendocrine Tumors

TheraSphere Selective Internal Radiation Therapy (SIRT) as Treatment for Neuroendocrine Tumours With Liver Mets

ArTisaN
Start date: January 24, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is an open label study for patients with inoperable metastatic neuroendocrine liver deposits to see whether treatment with Selective Internal Radiation Therapy (TheraSpheres) could lead to improved treatment response rates with acceptable toxicity (minimal serious adverse events reported). This research will also look at the progression free survival and quality of life of the patients who decide to join the study.

NCT ID: NCT04348916 Terminated - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Study of ONCR-177 Alone and in Combination With PD-1 Blockade in Adult Subjects With Advanced and/or Refractory Cutaneous, Subcutaneous or Metastatic Nodal Solid Tumors or With Liver Metastases of Solid Tumors

Start date: May 20, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

ONCR-177-101 is a phase 1, open-label, multi-center, dose escalation and expansion study of ONCR-177, an oncolytic Herpes Simplex Virus for intratumoral injection, alone and in combination with PD-1 blockade in adult subjects with advanced and/or refractory cutaneous, subcutaneous or metastatic nodal solid tumors or with Liver Metastases of Solid Tumors. The purpose of this study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D), as well as to evaluate preliminary efficacy.

NCT ID: NCT04338685 Completed - Clinical trials for Carcinoma, Hepatocellular

A Study Evaluating Safety, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, And Clinical Activity Of RO7119929 (TLR7 Agonist) In Participants With Unresectable Advanced Or Metastatic Hepatocellular Carcinoma, Biliary Tract Cancer, Or Solid Tumors With Hepatic Metastases

Start date: July 16, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

Phase I study of RO7119929 given orally to participants with unresectable advanced or metastatic primary liver cancers and other solid tumors with predominant liver involvement. The primary objective of the study is to explore the safety and to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or optimal biologic dose (OBD) of RO7119929 as single agent.

NCT ID: NCT04269499 Completed - Liver Cancer Clinical Trials

Real-time Imaging of Holmium Radioembolization: a Feasibility Study

Emeritus
Start date: November 11, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This is a feasibility study in which patients with liver tumors are treated with holmium radioembolization under real time MR imaging.

NCT ID: NCT04213222 Not yet recruiting - Rectal Cancer Clinical Trials

Radiomics Assess of Bevacizumab Plus Chemo in Colorectal Cancer Liver Metastases

ROBOT
Start date: October 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Colorectal carcinoma with liver metastasis is one of the major problems bothering physicians worldwide. Bevacizumab combined with chemotherapy is the standard treatment recommended by several guidelines. Despite the high cost, a certain portion of patients couldn't benefit from this therapy. This study is aiming to find out the specific type of patients who would respond to bevacizumab by Radiomics approach, and evaluate the prediction value of this imaging model with clinical and genetic factors.

NCT ID: NCT04178759 Recruiting - Liver Metastases Clinical Trials

Impact of Chemotherapy and Regenerative Markers of Liver Regeneration After Liver Resection for Liver Metastases

VULSK-Hep
Start date: September 1, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Liver is special organ, which can regenerate. On that ability there are many treatment modalities, where liver resection is performed, especially in cancer patients with liver metastases. Liver regeneration provides an opportunity for these patients to undergo multiple treatment regimes and liver resections to achieve curability. There are many factors that impair liver regeneration. One of these factors is chemotherapy. Literature data on impact of chemotherapy to liver regeneration is ambiguous. Therefore we aim to research impact of chemotherapy to liver regeneration.

NCT ID: NCT04161092 Recruiting - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

The Swedish Study of Liver Transplantation for Non-resectable Colorectal Cancer Metastases

SOULMATE
Start date: December 1, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

To evaluate if the addition of liver transplantation primarily utilizing liver grafts from extended criteria donors not utilized for approved indications to conventional treatment of non-resectable/ non-abatable colorectal liver metastases (CLM) increases overall survival compared to best alternative care.

NCT ID: NCT04143516 Recruiting - Liver Metastases Clinical Trials

Tissue Analysis After Tumor Ablation for Liver Metastases Leading to Immediate Retreatment

Start date: October 25, 2019
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study will see whether collecting and analyzing needle biopsy samples from cancer liver metastases after a tumor ablation procedure will be able to identify cancer cells that are still alive. The results of these biopsies could help determine the next treatment for your cancer, but the biopsies could cause side effects.

NCT ID: NCT04115254 Suspended - Prostate Cancer Clinical Trials

Stereotactic Magnetic Resonance Guided Radiation Therapy

Start date: October 22, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This is a master prospective Phase I-II trial evaluating feasibility and efficacy of stereotactic magnetic resonance (MR) guided adaptive radiation therapy (SMART) in patients with cancer. - The phase 1 study will evaluate the feasibility and safety of delivering SMART in patients with cancer. - Phase 2 will evaluate efficacy of SMART with specific reference to tumor control and improvement in patient reported outcome measures
