View clinical trials related to Infertility.
Filter by:Patients with intrauterine adhesions (Asherman's Syndrome) and persistent thin endometrial lining in in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment programs, particularly those resistant to standard therapies, present a significant clinical challenge. The aim of this trial is to assess if intrauterine administration of platelet rich plasma (PRP) improves endometrial lining thickness in patients with thin lining or Asherman's Syndrome.
The purpose of this prospective single-center study is to evaluate the laboratory outcome after random start ovarian stimulation in oocyte donors. The study will be performed in egg-donors but this type of treatment has the potential to be implemented in general infertility population.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate implantation rate with intra-vaginal culture (IVC) with the INVOcell device versus traditional In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) while using minimal stimulation protocols
The purpose of this study is to determine whether the pelvic wall or the ovary represents a better location for the maturation of follicles in the context of ovarian transplantation after cryopreservation of ovarian tissue before cytotoxic therapies.
The purpose of this study is to determine whether the chances of becoming pregnant are better when day the single best day 5 embryo (blastocyst) resulting from an in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycle is transferred into the uterus immediately, or after freezing the embryo and transferring it into the uterus in a subsequent cycle, separate from the ovarian stimulation used in the IVF cycle. The investigators hypothesize that in good-prognosis patients, vitrified-warmed elective single embryo transfer will result in higher implantation, clinical and on-going pregnancy and live birth rates than fresh elective single embryo transfer at the blastocyst stage.
This Clinical Study has been designed to assess and compare the impact of in vitro or in vivo culture conditions on the euploidy of sibling blastocysts.
Single center, prospective, open clinical study to determine the genomic imprint (epigenetic modification) in a series of male infertility patients with alterations in their spermiogram (oligozoospermia) compared to a group of fertile patients in order to evaluate the effect of FSH ( follicle stimulating hormone) administration on these modifications and on male infertility.
In this study the investigators want to investigate if the pregnancy rate in conjunction with fertility treatment increases with concomitant use of laser therapy.
The objective of the present randomized controlled study is to compare clinical effectiveness and safety of freezing all embryos followed by frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) compared to fresh embryo transfer, in women undergoing IVF treatment.
In this study, investigators assess, using Fluorescence in situ Hybridization (FISH) and Comparative Genomic Hybridization (CGH) arrays for Preimplantation Genetic Screening (PGS), the incidence of aneuploidies in spermatozoa and embryos from infertile men with and without microdeletions who undergo assisted reproduction in their clinics.
