Filter by:This is a randomized, two arm, phase II study of 1st Cycle dose optimization for regorafenib treatment compared to standard dose of regorafenib treatment in HCC patients for whom the physician is intending to treat with regorafenib and who failed any 1st line systemic treatment.
The objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of lenvatinib in HCC subjects who have progressive disease after first line treatment with checkpoint inhibitors. Approximately 20 subjects will be enrollment to evaluate the efficacy and safety of lenvatinib. CT/MRI assessments will be made at end of first line treatment with checkpoint inhibitors, and every 8-12 weeks thereafter. Disease status will be determined at the site (ie. Investigator and/or radiologist) using RECIST version 1.1. The primary efficacy endpoint is response rate (RR) defined as proportion of subjects with SD/PR/CR per RECIST 1.1.
This study will be performed to evaluate the Clinical Outcomes and Quality of Life after Transarterial Radioembolization with Yttrium-90 (TARE-Y90) in Children, Adolescents, and Young Adults with Liver Tumors. The treatment and techniques used here are well established in adults. The purpose of this study is to evaluate: 1. the response to treatment and clinical outcomes of treatment with TARE Y-90 as part of standard therapy and 2. to assess the change in the patient's quality of life before, during and after treatment with TARE-Y90
This study is being performed as part of the development process of the Liver EpiCheck test which includes the identification of different methylation profiles in HCC (hepatocellular carcinoma) patients compare to cancer free control in blood samples
ATRC-101-A01 is a Phase 1b, open-label dose escalation and expansion trial of ATRC-101, an engineered fully human immunoglobulin G, subclass 1 (IgG1) antibody derived from a naturally occurring human antibody. The safety, tolerability, PK, and biological activity of ATRC-101 will be characterized when administered every two weeks (Q2W) or every 3 weeks (Q3W) as a monotherapy or in combination with other anticancer agents.
This is an open-label, historically controlled pilot study investigating the immune effect of Laser Interstitial ThermotHerapy (LITT)+ pembrolizumab in adult patients with a primary cancer approved by the FDA for treatment with an immune-checkpoint inhibitor who have recurrent brain metastasis after prior stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS).
The purpose of the study is to find out if a study agent called Lumason® microbubbles may be helpful for people with lesions in the liver. It is possible it may help determine an early response to radioembolization and/or help demonstrate radiation toxicity to the surrounding liver.
Subjects who previously took part in the FT500-101 study and received allogeneic NK cell immunotherapy will take part in this long term follow-up study. Subjects will automatically enroll into study FT-003 once they have withdrawn or complete the parent interventional study. The purpose of this study is to provide long-term safety and survival data for subjects who have participated in the parent study. No additional study drug will be given, but subjects can receive other therapies for their cancer while they are being followed for long term safety in this study.
The reason for this study is to see if the study drug LY3435151 is safe in participants with advanced solid tumors.
The purpose of the study is to determine whether standardized implementation of a scripted template for discussing important issues that arise near the end of life improves the care of those who have advanced cancer.
