The Bladder Injury Classification System for Endoscopic Procedure (BICEP) is designed to provide a systematic framework for categorizing bladder injuries that occur during endoscopic procedures. By standardizing the classification of these injuries, BICEP promotes a more consistent approach to diagnosis, management, and prevention across different urologic interventions. This study aims to validate and implement the BICEP system during morcellation. This study will: Validate BICEP by using real-life clinical scenarios to ensure its applicability and effectiveness. Assess the incidence and types of bladder injuries during morcellation, using the BICEP categorization to standardize injury reporting and enhance treatment protocols.

The Effect of Functional Inspiratory Muscle Training Versus Inspiratory Muscle Training

This study aims to compare the effectiveness of functional inspiratory muscle training (IMT) versus inspiratory muscle training on trunk control, respiratory parameters, activity, and participation in chronic stroke patients. The study is a prospective, randomized, and parallel study. Forty-four stroke patients who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria will be included in the study. The patients to be included in the study will be divided into equal numbers into two groups, F-IMT Group, and IMT Group, by block randomization method. Participants' trunk control will be measured with the Trunk Disability Scale and Trunk Control Test, respiratory parameters will be measured with respiratory muscle strength measurement test and respiratory function test, balance and gait will be measured with the Berg Balance Scale, and core muscle will be measured with pressurized biofeedback unit, exercise capacity will be measured by 6 minutes of walking. In the test, the level of independence in daily living activities will be evaluated with the Barthel Activities of Daily Living Index and treatment satisfaction with the Global Change Scale. Participants in the Functional IMT Group will perform supervised functional IMT 3 days a week, and IMT as a home program on 2 different days. In functional IMT, participants will perform breathing exercises with the device while simultaneously performing exercises based on the neurodevelopmental treatment approach given below. Exercises will be applied progressively, taking into account the functional status of stroke patients. Participants in the IMT Group will perform supervised exercises and IMT based on a neurodevelopmental treatment approach 3 days a week, and IMT as a home program on 2 different days.

Bruxism is a repetitive jaw muscle activity that occurs during sleep or while awake, characterized by teeth clenching or grinding. Bruxism affects millions of people worldwide and is considered one of the most harmful activities for the stomatognathic system due to its morphological, pathophysiological, psychosocial features and clinical consequences. Repetitive teeth clenching and grinding movements can cause spasms, stiffness, pain, and activity changes in the chewing muscles. Since bruxism is a disorder that depends on many variables, there is no single, specific treatment and multidisciplinary approaches are often required. Most treatment strategies are conservative and symptomatic, aiming to prevent the consequences of the disorder. The main purpose of physiotherapy techniques is to reduce the negative effects of bruxism on the chewing system. Physiotherapy techniques include exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, acupuncture, and posture awareness. It is not clear in the literature which physiotherapy techniques are effective in the management of bruxism; Therefore, more controlled studies need to be conducted. When studies in the literature are examined, no studies have been found that objectively investigate the effectiveness of relaxation techniques alone in people with muscle pain and increased muscle stiffness due to teeth clenching problems. Within the scope of this project, it is planned to investigate the effectiveness of the myofascial release technique (MRT) and post-isometric relaxation technique (PİRT) using the grastone tool.

Efficacy Of Web-based Breastfeeding Education

Breastfeeding is the safest and healthiest method of feeding an infant and positively affects the health of both the mother and the baby in the short and long term. Breastfeeding self-efficacy refers to the mother's perceived ability and self-confidence to breastfeed her baby. Studies have reported that web-based support programs increase the quality of life in individuals, are useful in symptom management, and are effective in raising awareness on the subjects intended to provide support and in gaining positive attitudes and behaviors. Today, web-based support programs are created thanks to advances in science and technology; It has advantages such as being cheap, easily accessible, not causing any harm when done under control, providing flexibility in the participant's use of time, and accessing the training content whenever needed. Due to the pandemic process, the investigators are in and with the effect of developing technology, training is provided for the needs of individuals by using many alternative education methods such as web-based education and distance education in the field of health, as in many areas. Studies have reported that web-based support programs increase the quality of life in individuals, are useful in symptom management, and are effective in raising awareness on the subjects intended to provide support and in gaining positive attitudes and behaviors. The study is planned to be carried out between 01.01.2023 and 31.07.2024 in the Family Health Centers affiliated with the Taşköprü District Health Directorate of Kastamonu. The study universe consists of 24-36 weeks pregnant women who come to the Family Health Centers of the Taşköprü District Health Directorate. The sample of the study consisted of 90 primiparous pregnant women, 45 of whom were in the control and 45 in the experimental group, who met the inclusion criteria. Data collection tools will be applied to women at pregnancy, postpartum 7th day, PP in the 3rd month, and PP in the 6th month. Appropriate methods will be used in the evaluation of the data. The significance level will be determined as α=0.05.

Neurogenic bladder is a condition that occurs due to nerve damage or congenital problems and causes urination disorders. Nowadays, in individuals diagnosed with neurogenic bladder, Clean Intermittent Catheterization is often used to evacuate the urine accumulated in the bladder. Clean Intermittent Catheterization(CIC) is a simple, safe and effective method in which the catheter is placed through the meatus. In this application, the catheter is removed without waiting after urine drainage is achieved. This process is usually performed on its own. Since IC(Intermittent Catheterization) is a procedure performed on the bladder, it may cause some complications. IC application must be performed successfully to prevent or reduce complications. The success of the technique largely depends on patient education and follow-up. Sometimes patients may not be able to come to the hospital for follow-up and feedback after IC training. Innovations are needed to ensure the continuation of distance education so that the education of patients who cannot come to the hospital is not incomplete. The literature includes brochures, videos, websites and some mobile applications for IC training. However, no application has been found that monitors patients' urine amounts. This research was planned to examine the effect of clean intermittent catheterization training given via mobile application to individuals with spinal cord injury on their quality of life and compliance.

Examining the Impact of Behavior Change Intervention

The health-related benefits of physical activity are well established for all age groups. It also has positive effects on memory, executive function and school performance in children and adolescents. However, it is known that 81% of individuals between the ages of 11-17 live a life that is not physically active enough. The World Health Organization recommends interventions to increase physical activity. In this study, 48 students from 5th, 6th and 7th grades will be selected from randomly selected secondary schools in Karaman central district and will be divided into experimental and control groups. In this randomized controlled study, behavior change intervention with the 5A model will be applied to the experimental group, and no intervention will be applied to the control group. Physical activity levels, physical and psychosocial health of children in both groups will be evaluated at the beginning of the intervention, at Week 8 and at Week 28. Physical activity diary, "Physical activity scale for 4-8 Grades" scale will be used to measure children's physical activity levels. For their physical health, body composition, strength, flexibility and functional capacity will be evaluated. Quality of life with the "Pediatric Quality of Life 4.0 Inventory" for psychosocial health; Cognitive functions will be evaluated with "CNS Vital Signs Cognitive Performance and Attention Tests". This study aims to evaluate the sustainability effect of the 5A intervention on physical activity and its impact on physical health and psychosocial health.
