There are about 1560 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Serbia. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This is a clinical trial in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and Child-Pugh Class B7 (CPB7) cirrhosis whose disease has progressed on at least 1st-line therapy. The trial will evaluate the efficacy and safety of namodenoson as compared to placebo.

Anastomotic insufficiency remains one of the most significant problems after rectal resection. The complications following anastomotic insufficiency leads to increased morbidity and mortality with subsequent prolongation of hospital stay and higher costs. This study is an investigation of the benefit of using an autologous platelet-rich fibrin matrix (Obsidian ASG®) for treatment of anastomosis during rectal surgery - a single-blind, randomized, multicenter pilot study with enrollment of 2x220 patients The main objective of the study is to investigate on an exploratory basis whether the use of Obsidian ASG® during rectal resection reduces the frequency of postoperative anastomotic insufficiency compared to standard anastomotic technique. The secondary objectives of the study are to investigate on an exploratory basis: - The frequency of anastomotic insufficiency (ISREC Criteria) severity - Staple line bleeding requiring surgical intervention - The duration of postoperative hospitalization are reduced when using Obsidian ASG ® compared with standard anastomotic treatment alone. are reduced when Obsidian ASG ® is added to the standard of anastomotic treatment compared with standard anastomotic treatment alone.
This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of multiple therapies in participants with locally advanced, unresectable, Stage III NSCLC with eligible biomarker status as determined by Version 8 of the American Joint Committee on Cancer/Union for International Cancer Control NSCLC staging system.
The main goal of the study is to assess the long-term safety of eptinezumab on children and adolescents ages 6 to 17 with chronic or episodic migraine.
The main aim of the study is to learn if soticlestat, when given as an add-on therapy, reduces the number of seizures in children and adults with Dravet Syndrome (DS) or Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome (LGS). Participants will receive their standard anti-seizure therapy, plus tablets of soticlestat. There will be scheduled visits and follow-up phone calls throughout the study.
This study is being done to find out if zanidatamab, when given with chemotherapy plus or minus tislelizumab, is safe and works better than trastuzumab given with chemotherapy. The patients in this study will have advanced human epidermal growth factor 2 (HER2)-positive stomach and esophageal cancers that are no longer treatable with surgery (unresectable) or chemoradiation, and/or have grown or spread to other parts of the body (metastatic).
HYBIS project aims to develop an innovative and unique hybrid Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) system. This BCI system is envisioned as a novel tool for targeted reinforcement of sensory motor coupling, specifically dedicated for upper-limb post-stroke rehabilitation.
The main objective of the study is to assess the effect of treprostinil palmitil inhalation powder (TPIP) compared with placebo on pulmonary vascular resistance.
This is a Phase 3, 6-week, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter, outpatient study in subjects with schizophrenia with an inadequate response to their current atypical antipsychotic treatment. The primary objective of the study is to assess the efficacy of adjunctive KarXT (a fixed dose combination of xanomeline and trospium chloride twice daily [BID]) versus placebo in the treatment of subjects with inadequately controlled symptoms of schizophrenia as measured by the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) Total Score.
