Enteral Feeding in Infants With Duct Dependant Lesions.

This is a multicenter randomised controlled trial to assess whether standardised enteral feeding in newborns with duct dependenty congenital heart disease decreases the risk of necrotising enterocolitis (NEC). The investigators plan to include a total 384 infants. The study will be carried out in three level III hospitals in Poland. The primary end will be NEC and/or death. Secondary end points include weight gain, hospital length of stay, time required to reach full feeding.

Efficacy of Mepolizumab in Polish Patients With Severe Eosinophilic Asthma

This study is aimed at evaluation of the efficacy of mepolizumab 100 mg SC every 4 weeks in patients with severe eosinophilic asthma who have been treated for at least 12 months in several Polish allergy/asthma centres under the same protocol. Target population to be recruited has been set at 130 subjects from at least 6 asthma centers throughout the country. Data on dempgraphics and asthma status will be collected using questionnaires at 3 time-points: pre-MEPO, after 24 weeks of MEPO and after 1 year of MEPO administration (some of the outcomes will be observed every 4 weeks). Primary endpoints will include: - Asthma exacerbations measured at qualification for the treatment (in the period of previous 52 weeks) and at the 24th and 52nd week of the treatment. - Oral Corticosteroids use dose (documented at qualification for the treatment and at the 24th and 52nd week of the treatment).

CAREGIVER is a prospective, randomized, multicenter, open, five-arm study with unequal allocation ratios of 1:1:2:1:2 (palbociclib : paclitaxel : palbociclib + paclitaxel : carboplatin : carboplatin + paclitaxel). Study will be performed in untreated patients with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). Potential candidates without previously established diagnosis of TNBC will be included in a Pre-screening Phase, when a biopsy of breast tumor will be taken to confirm the diagnosis of cancer, select patients with TNBC and collect tissue for translational research.
