There are about 1295 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Lithuania. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Primary Objective: To determine the efficacy of SAR442168 compared to placebo in delaying disability progression in NRSPMS Secondary Objective: To evaluate efficacy of SAR442168 compared to placebo on clinical endpoints, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) lesions, cognitive performance, physical function, and quality of life To evaluate safety and tolerability of SAR442168 To evaluate population pharmacokinetics (PK) of SAR442168 and relevant metabolites in NRSPMS and its relationship to efficacy and safety To evaluate pharmacodynamics (PD) of SAR442168
Primary Objective: To assess efficacy of daily SAR442168 compared to a daily dose of 14 mg teriflunomide (Aubagio) measured by annualized adjudicated relapse rate (ARR) in participants with relapsing forms of MS Secondary Objective: To assess efficacy of SAR442168 compared to teriflunomide (Aubagio) on disability progression, MRI lesions, cognitive performance and quality of life To evaluate the safety and tolerability of daily SAR442168 To evaluate population pharmacokinetics (PK) of SAR442168 and relevant metabolites and its relationship to efficacy and safety To evaluate pharmacodynamics (PD) of SAR442168
The main aim is to identify and describe biomarkers in different sample types related to chemoradiation followed by durvalumab treatment for stage III PD-L1 negative and positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients' eligible for curatively intended chemoradiation. The hypothesis is that clinical differences in course of disease reflect underlying biological characteristics.
This is designed to assess the long-term safety and efficacy of lebrikizumab for moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. It will last up to 33 months.
TAK-981 is being tested in combination with pembrolizumab to treat participants who have select advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The study aims are to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of TAK-981 in combination with pembrolizumab. Participants will be on this combination treatment for 21-day cycles. They will continue with this treatment for up to 24 months or until participants meet any discontinuation criteria.
The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab in combination with concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by either pembrolizumab with olaparib placebo (Arm 1) or with olaparib (Arm 2) compared to concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by durvalumab (Arm 3) in participants with unresectable, locally advanced NSCLC. Arms 1 and 2 will be studied in a double-blind design and Arm 3 will be open-label. The primary hypotheses are: 1. Pembrolizumab with concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by pembrolizumab with olaparib is superior to concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by durvalumab with respect to progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) 2. Pembrolizumab with concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by pembrolizumab is superior to concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by durvalumab with respect to PFS and OS
Primary Objectives: - Safety run-in: To confirm the recommended dose of isatuximab when combined with lenalidomide and dexamethasone in participants with high-risk smoldering multiple myeloma (SMM) - Randomized Phase 3: To demonstrate the clinical benefit of isatuximab in combination with lenalidomide and dexamethasone in the prolongation of progression-free survival when compared to lenalidomide and dexamethasone in subjects with high-risk SMM Secondary Objectives: Safety run-in - To assess overall response rate (ORR) - To assess duration of response (DOR) - To assess minimal residual disease (MRD) negativity in participants achieving very good partial response (VGPR) or complete response (CR) - To assess time to diagnostic (SLiM CRAB) progression or death - To assess time to first-line treatment for multiple myeloma (MM) - To assess the potential immunogenicity of isatuximab - Impact of abnormal cytogenetic subtype on participant outcome Randomized Phase 3 - Key Secondary Objectives: To compare between the arms - MRD negativity - Sustained MRD negativity - Second progression-free survival (PFS2) - Overall survival Other Secondary Objectives: To evaluate in both arms - CR rate - ORR - DOR - Time to diagnostic (SLiM CRAB) progression - Time to biochemical progression - Time to first-line treatment for MM - Safety and tolerability - Pharmacokinetics (PK) - Potential of isatuximab immunogenicity - Clinical outcome assessments (COAs)
A study to assess the efficacy and safety of durvalumab in combination with platinum-based chemotherapy (paclitaxel + carboplatin) followed by maintenance durvalumab with or without olaparib for patients with newly diagnosed advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer.
This is a Phase III multi-center, randomized, two-arm parallel-group, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of MBG453 or placebo added to azacitidine in adult subjects with intermediate, high or very high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) as per IPSS-R, or Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia-2 (CMML-2) who are not eligible for intensive chemotherapy or hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) according to medical judgment by the investigator. The purpose of the current study is to assess clinical effects of MBG453 in combination with azacitidine in adult subjects with IPSS-R intermediate, high, very high risk MDS and CMML-2.
Prehabilitation has been demonstrated to be an effective strategy to improve outcomes in patients undergoing some of the abdominal operations. It may increase the physical capacity of the patient, improve postoperative quality of life and even decrease the postoperative morbidity. Currently, the most effective strategy seems to be a trimodal prehabilitation which includes: 1) Nutritional support 2) Psychological support and 3) Physical training.
