NCT ID: NCT03616470 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Study to Determine the Efficacy of Uproleselan (GMI-1271) in Combination With Chemotherapy to Treat Relapsed/Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Start date: October 15, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study will evaluate the efficacy of uproleselan (GMI-1271), a specific E-selectin antagonist, in combination with chemotherapy to treat relapsed/refractory AML, compared to chemotherapy alone. The safety of uproleselan when given with chemotherapy will also be investigated in patients with relapsed/refractory AML

NCT ID: NCT03615326 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Gastroesophageal Junction Adenocarcinoma

Pembrolizumab/Placebo Plus Trastuzumab Plus Chemotherapy in Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 Positive (HER2+) Advanced Gastric or Gastroesophageal Junction (GEJ) Adenocarcinoma (MK-3475-811/KEYNOTE-811)

Start date: October 5, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The study will compare the efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab plus trastuzumab in combination with standard of care (SOC) chemotherapy versus trastuzumab in combination with SOC chemotherapy in participants with HER2-positive gastric cancer. The primary hypotheses of the study are that pembrolizumab plus trastuzumab in combination with chemotherapy is superior to trastuzumab plus chemotherapy in terms of 1) progression free survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors 1.1 (RECIST 1.1) as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR), and 2) overall survival (OS).

NCT ID: NCT03614260 Active, not recruiting - Hypertension Clinical Trials

The RADIANCE II Pivotal Study: A Study of the ReCor Medical Paradise System in Stage II Hypertension

RADIANCE-II
Start date: December 14, 2018
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The objective of the RADIANCE II Pivotal study is to demonstrate the effectiveness and safety of the Paradise System in subjects with Stage 2 hypertension on 0-2 medications at the time of consent. Prior to randomization, subjects will be hypertensive in the absence of hypertension medication.

NCT ID: NCT03607422 Active, not recruiting - Atopic Dermatitis Clinical Trials

A Study to Evaluate Upadacitinib in Adolescents and Adults With Moderate to Severe Atopic Dermatitis (Measure Up 2)

Start date: July 27, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The objective of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of upadacitinib for the treatment of adolescent and adult participants with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD) who are candidates for systemic therapy.

NCT ID: NCT03599245 Active, not recruiting - Multiple Sclerosis Clinical Trials

This is an Extension Study of the Roche P-trials to Investigate Safety and Effectiveness of Ocrelizumab in Participants With Multiple Sclerosis (MS)

Start date: July 12, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This extension study will evaluate the effectiveness and safety of ocrelizumab in multiple sclerosis (MS) participants who were previously enrolled in a F. Hoffmann-La Roche (Roche) sponsored ocrelizumab phase IIIb/IV trial (i.e. the Parent, P-trial).

NCT ID: NCT03576911 Active, not recruiting - Schizophrenia Clinical Trials

A Randomised Controlled Trial of Coenzyme Q10 in Patients With Schizophrenia and Schizoaffective Disorder

Start date: November 2016
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The study is a randomised placebo controlled trial of Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) vitamin supplementation in a sample of patients with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder. CoQ10 is produced in the mitochondria of our cells, and is involved in the production of energy. However, some people do not produce enough CoQ10, which can result in difficulties with concentration and memory, depressive symptoms, low energy levels and high blood pressure. The study will examine the impact of taking oral CoQ10 supplementation on patients with schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder.

NCT ID: NCT03569891 Active, not recruiting - Hemophilia B Clinical Trials

HOPE-B: Trial of AMT-061 in Severe or Moderately Severe Hemophilia B Patients

Start date: June 27, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is an open-label, single-dose, multi-center, multinational trial to demonstrate the efficacy of AMT-061 and to further describe its safety profile. The study drug is identified as AAV5-hFIXco-Padua (AMT- 061). AMT-061 is a recombinant adeno-associated viral vector of serotype 5 (AAV5) containing the Padua variant of a codon-optimized human FIX complementary deoxyribonucleic acid (cDNA) under the control of a liver-specific promoter. The pharmaceutical form of AMT-061 is a solution for intravenous infusion administered at a dose of 2 x 10^13 gc/kg.

NCT ID: NCT03539536 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Study of Telisotuzumab Vedotin (ABBV-399) in Participants With Previously Treated c-Met+ Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: October 10, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study is designed to identify the target Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) population(s) that overexpress c-Met (c-Met+) best suited for telisotuzumab vedotin therapy in the second line or third line setting (Stage 1) and then to expand the group(s) to further evaluate efficacy in the selected population(s) (Stage 2). After the Stage 2 global enrollment is completed, an additional cohort at an alternate dose level will evaluate the safety and efficacy of telisotuzumab vedotin (Stage 3).
