This is a multicenter, randomized, placebo controlled study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ABX464 given at 25 or 50 mg QD in inducing clinical remission in subjects with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis who have inadequate response, no response, a loss of response, or an intolerance to either conventional therapies [corticosteroids, immunosuppressant (i.e. azathioprine, 6-mercaptopurine, methotrexate)] and/or advanced therapies [biologics (TNF inhibitors, anti-integrins, anti-IL-23), and/or S1P receptor modulators, and/or JAK inhibitors].

NCT ID: NCT05476926 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Diabetic Macular Edema

A Real-World Study to Gain Clinical Insights Into Roche Ophthalmology Products

VOYAGER
Start date: November 21, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The VOYAGER study is a primary data collection, non-interventional, prospective, multinational, multicenter study. It is designed to collect real-world, long-term data to explore long-term effectiveness, safety, clinical insights, treatment patterns, and factors driving the treatment decisions among patients being treated with specified Roche ophthalmology products (Faricimab and Port Delivery System with Ranibizumab) in approved retinal indications (neovascular age-related macular degeneration [nAMD] and diabetic macular edema [DME]) in routine clinical practice. This study will not provide or make recommendations on use of any products including Roche products; treatment decisions will be determined by the treating physician and must be made independently to the decision to participate in this study. Participation in this study will not change or influence a patient's standard of care in any way.

NCT ID: NCT05467163 Recruiting - Heart Failure Clinical Trials

Conduction System Pacing Versus Biventricular Pacing After Atrioventricular Node Ablation

CONDUCT-AF
Start date: July 18, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Atrioventricular node ablation (AVNA) with biventricular (BiV) pacemaker implantation is a feasible treatment option in patients with symptomatic refractory atrial fibrillation and heart failure. However, conduction system pacing (CSP) modalities, including His bundle pacing and left bundle branch pacing, could offer advantages over BiV pacing by providing more physiological activation. The randomized, interventional, multicentric study will explore whether CSP is non-inferior to BiV pacing in echocardiographic and clinical outcomes in heart failure (EF <50%) patients with symptomatic AF and narrow QRS scheduled for AVNA.

NCT ID: NCT05462444 Recruiting - Allergic Reaction Clinical Trials

Development of Personalized Balanced Nutrition Concept Through an IT Platform

Start date: March 29, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

By achieving effective cooperation between the Children's Hospital Srebrnjak (CHS), the Reference center for clinical allergology in children of the ministry of health, and IN2 Ltd., part of Constellation Software Inc., it is planned to develop an IT platform for the introduction of personalized balanced nutrition in kindergartens. The collected data which include the screening of the population, anthropometrical measurements, physical activity status, and medical examination, will be used to create a Registry of Allergies. Through the implementation of research activities, it is expected to develop an IT platform for personalized balanced nutrition of preschool children, which consists of a developed information system for continuous monitoring using a website and/or a mobile application.

NCT ID: NCT05442567 Recruiting - Ulcerative Colitis Clinical Trials

A Study of Vedolizumab in Children With Ulcerative Colitis (UC) or Crohn's Disease (CD)

Start date: May 16, 2023
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The study is an extension of two parent studies (MLN0002-3024 [NCT04779307] and MLN0002-3025 [NCT04779320]). Participants must have participated in one of the previous studies. The purpose of this study is to collect the long-term safety of vedolizumab in children with UC or CD.

NCT ID: NCT05429268 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of Tafasitamab Plus Lenalidomide in Participants With Relapsed or Refractory Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (firmMIND)

firmMIND
Start date: December 23, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of of tafasitamab plus lenalidomide in adults with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) who have relapsed or are refractory to at least 1 but no more than 3 previous systemic DLBCL treatment regimens and who are not eligible for high-dose chemotherapy (HDC) and autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT).

NCT ID: NCT05427370 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Coronary Artery Disease

The Canadian CABG or PCI in Patients With Ischemic Cardiomyopathy Trial (STICH3C)

Start date: June 22, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The Canadian CABG or PCI in Patients With Ischemic Cardiomyopathy (STICH3C) trial is a prospective, unblinded, international multi-center randomized trial of 754 subjects enrolled in approximately 45 centers comparing revascularization by percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) vs. coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) in patients with multivessel/left main (LM) coronary artery disease (CAD) and reduced left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF). The primary objective is to determine whether CABG compared to PCI is associated with a reduction in all-cause death, stroke, spontaneous myocardial infarction (MI), urgent repeat revascularization (RR), or heart failure (HF) readmission over a median follow-up of 5 years in patients with multivessel/LM CAD and ischemic left ventricular dysfunction (iLVSD). Eligible patients are considered by the local Heart Team appropriate and amenable for non-emergent revascularization by both modes of revascularization. The secondary objectives are to describe the early risks of both procedures, and a comprehensive set of patient-reported outcomes longitudinally.

NCT ID: NCT05424484 Recruiting - Incisional Hernia Clinical Trials
