There are about 11256 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Egypt. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
To investigate and compare between the effectiveness of whole body vibration and aerobic training exercises in management of sarcopenia, muscle mass, physical performance and muscle strength in elderly.
This study was conducted to the Effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Auricular Plaster Therapy on Managing Child Anxiety in Dental Office.
Microbes inhabiting the urinary tract that are playing an important role in maintenance of health and the development of diseases and bladder cancer. There is correlation between initiation of bladder cancer and microbes. Urine and bladder tissues from healthy individuals and patients with bladder cancer were analyzed using 16S rRNA sequencing, results show abundant phylum. Next-generation sequencing technologies will be applied with whole genomic and 16S ribosomal RNA gene sequencing for microbiota profiling in urine and bladder tissue of male healthy individuals and patients with bladder cancer. Results will lead to prevention, diagnosis and new treatment strategies for bladder cancer.
The aim of this study is to compare the dural puncture epidural technique (DPET) with either 25-gauge spinal needle or 27-gauge spinal needle versus conventional epidural technique and evaluate whether DPET improves onset and spread of labor analgesia and if there is a role of the usage of different sized needles as regards block efficiency and complications.
The purpose of this study to evaluate the correlation between children and parental dental anxiety as well as to evaluate the effectiveness of breathing exercises on anxiety reduction.
to investigate the effectiveness of different dosages of ECSW in the treatment of post mastectomy lymphedema volume and quality of life (Qol)
To examine the relationships between spine coronal alignment and lower limb biomechanical parameters in scoliotic adolescents
Our study investigates the accuracy and duration needed for 3D model registration using artifical intelligence (AI) assistance compared to conventional point-based registration. Manual segmentation of all cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) scans will be performed before the registration procedure.
Chest mobility exercise versus proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
this study will investigate effect of hip strengthening exercises and pelvic floor exercises on stress urinary incontinence in postnatal women. Clinical practice guidelines recommend PFMT as the first-line treatment for female SUI . Also, it has been speculated that the hip muscles are involved in the continence mechanism and that their deficiency could destabilize the normal function of the system. The addition of hip muscle exercises, regardless of PFM contractions, aimed to improve muscular condition for the motor or synergic strategies in PFM contraction. Secondary effects of these techniques, such as the influence of passive lumbar rotational mobilization in improving hip flexor strength, have been of high interest in physiotherapy in general
