The main aim of this study is to describe the characteristics of participants, check for number of hereditary angioedema (HAE) cases, their treatment and outcomes. Another aim is to check how the healthcare facilities were utilized for treatment. Participants' data will be taken from their medical records (charts), which were already collected as a part of their routine care between January 1, 2012, and January 1, 2022.

This is a prospective, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled exploratory trial to evaluate the effect of L-tryptophan supplementation on celiac-related symptoms in individuals who have biopsy-confirmed celiac disease (CeD) and symptoms non-responsive to a gluten-free diet (GFD). Fifty participants, aged 18 to 75 years, who self-report persistent CeD-related symptoms despite taking a GFD for more than 1 year and who score > 40 on the Celiac Symptom Index (CSI) will be randomized to receive L-tryptophan or placebo for 3 weeks.
The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of single ascending dose of BIIB115 administered via intrathecal (IT) bolus injection to healthy male participants in Part A and multiple ascending doses of BIIB115 administered via IT bolus injection to pediatric Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) participants previously treated with onasemnogene abeparvovec in Part B. The secondary objective of the study is to evaluate the pharmacokinetics (PK) of single-dose of BIIB115 administered via IT bolus injection to healthy male participants in Part A and multiple ascending doses of BIIB115 administered via IT bolus injection to pediatric SMA participants who previously received onasemnogene abeparvovec in Part B.
The purpose of this study is to use MRI images using the OS-CMR technique to view the differences in the hearts of healthy volunteers and participants with a condition called Metabolic Syndrome. The objectives of this project are to compare these two groups and to view how health risks, blood test results, and the time since a Metabolic diagnosis can affect heart health.
This study aims to view variations in MRI measurements of the heart and the brain in people with anxiety versus healthy volunteers. The MRI measurements used will be Oxygenation-Sensitive Cardiac MRI (OS-CMR), a recent type of MRI which is safe, fast, and non-invasive.
The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine (called ARV-471) when given together with other medicines for the potential treatment of advanced or metastatic breast cancer. This study is seeking participants who have breast cancer that: - is advanced, may have spread to other organs (metastatic) and cannot be fully treated by surgery or radiation therapy - is sensitive to hormonal therapy (it is called estrogen receptor positive); and - is no longer responding to previous treatments This study is divided into separate sub-studies. For Sub-Study B: All participants will receive ARV-471 and a medicine called ribociclib. ARV-471 and ribociclib will be given at the same time by mouth, at home, 1 time a day. The experiences of people receiving the study medicine will be examined. This will help determine if the study medicine is safe and effective. Participants will continue to take ARV-471 and ribociclib until their cancer is no longer responding, or side effects become too severe. They will have visits at the study clinic about every 4 weeks.

This study will examine if brain insulin resistance is a feature of depression in humans using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) measures sensitive to brain insulin action. This study will examine adolescents, as depression onset commonly occurs during this age, and the impacts of cumulative medication exposure and other lifestyle-related confounds are also lower in this age group, improving our ability to understand the underlying biology.
This study will test the safety of a drug called SGN-BB228 in participants with melanoma and other solid tumors that are hard to treat or have spread through the body. It will also study the side effects of this drug. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating the disease. This study will have 3 parts. Parts A and B of the study will find out how much SGN-BB228 should be given to participants. Part C will use the information from Parts A and B to see if SGN-BB228 is safe and if it works to treat solid tumor cancers.
