There are about 10460 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Australia. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This is a two-part, multicenter, double-blind, parallel-group, placebo controlled study to evaluate the effect of ZX008 when used as adjunctive therapy for the treatment of uncontrolled seizures in children and adults with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS).
This study is to characterize the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), immunogenicity, pharmacodynamics (PD) and anti-tumor activity of AK105 as a single agent in adult subjects with advanced solid tumor malignancies. The study consists of a dose escalation phase (Phase 1a) to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD), or recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) for AK105 as a single agent, and a dose expansion phase (Phase 1b) in subjects with specific tumor types which will characterize treatment of AK105 as a single agent at the MTD or RP2D.
A multicenter study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of maintenance and long-term treatment administration of upadacitinib, an orally administered Janus kinase 1 inhibitor, in adult participants with Crohn's Disease.
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of nivolumab in combination with rucaparib, docetaxel, or enzalutamide in participants with castration-resistant prostate cancer that has spread.
This study will evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of immunotherapy-based treatment combinations in participants with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Two cohorts will be enrolled in parallel in this study: Cohort 1 will consist of participants with tumor PD-L1 expression who have received no prior systemic therapy for metastatic NSCLC, and Cohort 2 will consist of participants who experienced disease progression during or following treatment with a platinum-containing regimen and a PD-L1/PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor, given in combination as one line of therapy or as two separate lines of therapy, regardless of PD-L1 expression. In each cohort, eligible participants will initially be assigned to one of several treatment arms (Stage 1). Participants who experience disease progression, loss of clinical benefit, or unacceptable toxicity during Stage 1 may be eligible to continue treatment with a different treatment regimen (Stage 2).
This is a multicentre prospective study of the feasibility and clinical value of a diagnostic service for identifying therapeutic targets and recommending personalised treatment for children and adolescents with high-risk cancer.
To compare efficacy between zanubrutinib versus bendamustine and rituximab in patients with previously untreated CLL/SLL, as measured by progression free survival assess by Independent Central Review.
This study will evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetic (PK), pharmacodynamic (PD) activity, and preliminary anti-tumor activity of GDC-9545 as a single agent and in combination with palbociclib and/or luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH) agonist in participants with advanced or metastatic estrogen receptor (ER)-positive (human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 [HER2]-negative) breast cancer.
he purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability BGB-3111 plus obinutuzumab versus obinutuzumab alone in participants with relapsed/refractory non-Hodgkin follicular lymphoma.
The purpose of this study is to test how safe and effective the research study drug, pembrolizumab is as a treatment for patients with Hodgkin lymphoma who have not previously been treated for this disease and are unsuitable for standard treatment (adriamycin, bleomycin, vinblastine, dacarbazine ABVD).
