NCT ID: NCT05319093 Not yet recruiting - Multiple Sclerosis Clinical Trials

Observational Study of the Effect of Ozanimod on Fatigue in Multiple Sclerosis Patients

Start date: April 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Multi-center observational study to assess the short-term response of multiple sclerosis (MS) patients initiated on Ozanimod with respect to fatigue. Patterns of brain changes on brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) that might modulate the effect of Ozanimod treatment on fatigue will also be assessed.

NCT ID: NCT05319418 Not yet recruiting - Hypertension Clinical Trials

Effectiveness of BP Remote Monitoring With Virtual Physician Management in Hypertensive Patients.

Start date: April 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

To assess the feasibility and adoptability of DailyDoctor's remote monitoring clinical decision support software tool in helping physicians virtually manage systolic blood pressures among patients with history of stroke or TIA to a target systolic blood pressure (<140 mmHg or a lower target range specified by referring physicians) using remote monitoring and independent clinical judgement.

NCT ID: NCT05320874 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumor

A Study of KM257 in Patients With Advanced HER2-positive or Expressing Solid Tumors.

Start date: April 2022
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a first-in-human, 2-part study to investigate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and efficacy of KM257 by itself and combined with selected chemotherapy agents in patients with advanced HER2-positive or expressing cancers.

NCT ID: NCT05322720 Not yet recruiting - Solid Tumor, Adult Clinical Trials

HR Positive, HER2 Negative Advanced Breast Cancer With Progression After Endocrine Therapy

Start date: April 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Primary objective: To evaluate the progression-free survival (PFS) for EOC202 combined with albumin-bound paclitaxel versus albumin-bound paclitaxel alone in treatment of the patients with HR positive, HER2 negative advanced breast cancer (response evaluation criteria in solid tumors, RECIST 1.1); Secondary objectives: 1. To evaluate other efficacy variables, such as objective response rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR), clinical benefit rate (CBR) and overall survival (OS), for EOC202 combined with albumin-bound paclitaxel versus albumin-bound paclitaxel alone in treatment of HR positive, HER2 negative advanced breast cancer; 2. To evaluate the safety of EOC202 combined with albumin-bound paclitaxel; 3. To evaluate the immunogenicity of EOC202 combined with albumin-bound paclitaxel; 4. To evaluate the change level of pharmacodynamic (PD) markers (Interferon-γ, CXCL-10). Exploratory objectives: To explore the correlation of baseline soluble MHC-II ligands in blood (lymphocyte activation gene-3 (Lag-3) and fibrin related antigen (FGL-1)) with safety, efficacy, PD and anti-drug antibody (ADA) in subjects in EOC202 combined with albumin-bound paclitaxel group.

NCT ID: NCT05322772 Not yet recruiting - Convulsions Clinical Trials

A Study of Cardiac Arrhythmia and ECG Changes in Children With Convulsions at Sohag University Hospital

Start date: April 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Convulsion is a common pediatric disorder and there is strong relation between convulsion and cardiovascular system which revealed by ECG monitoring and there are many ECG abnormalities attributed to different causes of convulsions, A 12-lead ECG is a low-cost test and can detect clinically significant abnormalities such as long QTc interval or heart block. Doing an ECG in all patients presenting with seizures clinic, inevitably, pick up non-specific abnormalities which require further investigation. Moreover, a normal 12-lead ECG does not exclude a cardiovascular cause for collapse and for those in whom a cardiac cause is still suspected despite a normal ECG, referral to a cardiologist is advisable

NCT ID: NCT05324540 Not yet recruiting - Atrial Fibrillation Clinical Trials

A First in Human Evaluation of a Novel Approach to Painless Cardioversion (NAPC) in Patients With Atrial Fibrillation

NAPC
Start date: April 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

An assessment of the use of cold therapy to terminate atrial fibrillation.

NCT ID: NCT05324956 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Postmenopausal Women

The Relationship Between Bone Mineral Density With Respiratory Functions and Exercise Capacity

Start date: April 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

If the bone mineral density of a patient with a diagnosis of osteopenia falls further, he develops osteoporosis.Menopause causes many changes in women's bodies in the form of vasomotor, sleep disorders, fatigue, aches and pains, altered cognitive functions, as well as genitourinary problems such as vaginal dryness, irritation, recurrent urinary tract infections. In the long term, inevitable changes occur in the musculoskeletal system. Osteoporosis, sarcopenia, postural dysfunction, regression in gait cycle, Loss of balance control and instability and increased risk of falling are the changes reported during this period. These mentioned effects negatively affect the quality of life of women. The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship of bone mineral density with respiratory functions and exercise capacity in postmenopausal women. The second aim is to compare the respiratory functions and exercise capacities of postmenopausal women with osteopenia and osteoporosis.

NCT ID: NCT05325216 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Urinary Incontinence
