Filter by:AGX101 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) therapy for tumor-forming cancers. The purpose of this study is to learn about AGX101 effects and safety at various dose levels in an all-comers advanced solid cancer patient population. AGX101will be administered intravenously. Dosing of AGX101 will be repeated once every 3 weeks. Participants may continue study treatment until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity, or consent withdrawal. Subjects will attend an end of treatment visit and will receive two safety follow-up telephone contacts up to 90 days following the last dose of study drug.
This study is a single-center, Phase II Study to assess the efficacy and safety of the regimen of Nanoliposomal Irinotecan and XELOX (NALIRI-XELOX) in combination with Cadonilimab in subjects with advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma who have not previously received systemic treatment.
This study is an open-label Phase Ib (Part A) dose escalation followed by a blinded, randomized, multi cohort Phase 2a (Part B) comparison of combination vs. reference regimens. Currently study will only be enrolling the Phase 1b and the Phase 2a protocol requirements will be added to the study near completion of the Phase 1b
This study aims to assess the impact of adding olanzapine to nutritional advice and standard anti-tumor therapy on the survival and safety of patients with locally advanced, unresectable or metastatic gastric cancer, esophageal cancer, hepato-pancreaticobiliary cancer, and lung cancer. Researchers seek to determine whether olanzapine can improve progression-free survival (PFS), overall survival (OS), and objective response rate (ORR) in advanced cancer patients who received standard anti-tumor therapy, and investigate the relationship between olanzapine-induced weight changes and patient survival.
This study will determine how nanatinostat is absorbed, modified, and removed from the body (Part A), the amount of nanatinostat that becomes available to the body (Part B), and will evaluate the safety and tolerability of nanatinostat (Part C) in patients with advanced cancers.
The purpose of this study is to collect data on how advanced and rare cancers respond to biomarker-based treatments.
The study is designed to understand the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and preliminary antitumor activity of MGC026 in participants with relapsed or refractory, unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors The study has a dose escalation portion and a cohort expansion portion of the study. Participants will receive MGC026 by intravenous (IV) infusion. The dose of MGC026 will be assigned at the time of enrollment. Participants may receive up to 35 treatments if there are no severe side effects and as long as the cancer does not get worse. Participants will be monitored for side effects, and progression of cancer, have blood samples collected for routing laboratory work, and blood samples collected for research purposes.
It is planned to recruit about 100 pathologically confirmed subjects with advanced solid tumors (non-small cell lung cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, stomach cancer, colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, mesothelioma, etc.) that have progressed after standard second-line or above treatment such as surgery, chemoradiotherapy, targeted therapy and PD-1 antibody therapy. A single infusion of human granulocytes with anti-cancer mouse characteristics was performed for 5 consecutive transfusions at a interval of 2±1 day, and the safety and efficacy were clinically observed. After the investigator's judgment and discussion with the sponsor, more cycles of treatment can be received after the informed consent is completed until the criteria for stopping treatment are met.
OKI-219-101 is a Phase 1a/1b, open-label, multicenter, dose-escalation study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PDx), and efficacy of OKI-219 as monotherapy and in combination with fulvestrant or trastuzumab. Phase 1a (Part A) will investigate escalating doses of OKI-219 monotherapy, and Phase 1b will investigate OKI-219 (at a tolerated dose determined in Part A) in combination with standard dose fulvestrant (Part B) or standard dose trastuzumab (Part C). Participants will continue to receive study treatment until disease progression, intolerable toxicity, or other study treatment withdrawal criteria are met.
Sexual health is an important determinant of the overall health of a population, as addressed in the French National Strategy 2017-2030. For a long time neglected in oncology, sexual health is now part of clinical assessments in cancer support care and is fully integrated into practice recommendations. However, existing evidences, though limited, are still suggesting unmet needs during the palliative phase of the disease. Current literature focuses on the assessment and management of potential issues related to genital cancers - primarily gynecological, breast, and prostate cancers - but also on post-cancer experiences. The sexual health needs of patients in palliative care are understudied, except one study that reports how patients are considering sexuality as an important aspect of their lives, even during the last weeks to days of life. In the aim of developing an efficient complex intervention for the population of patients with cancer in palliative situations, it is necessary to identify the needs, facilitators, and modalities required for promoting sexual health in this population (beyond the extensively studied cases of genital cancers). A solely patient-centred approach would be limiting, and this objective requires an approach dedicated to the life partners as well. To assess satisfaction related to sexual health and gain insights regarding the expectations of patients and their partners towards the healthcare system, the study INTIMI-K will utilize a mixed methodology involving the use of a questionnaire, including validated scales, and semi-structured interviews. Patients aged 18 and older, diagnosed with advanced solid or hematological cancers, along with their life partner will be included.
