Patients with tumors in both adrenal glands and slightly elevated cortisol (subclinical Cushings syndrome) are offered to go through an adrenal venous sampling to try to quantify if the overproduction of cortisol is from one adrenal, or from both sides. If it is one-sided, the investigators offer the patient operation.

Transcranial Electrical Stimulation for Mal de Debarquement Syndrome

The goal of this study is to determine whether external neuromodulation using transcranial electrical stimulation (TES) can reduce the perception of self-motion that is experienced by patients with MdDS. Mal de debarquement is translated as the "sickness of disembarkment," and refers to the chronic feeling of rocking dizziness that occurs after exposure to passive motion. A similar form of rocking dizziness can be experienced without a motion trigger in individuals with certain risk factors. Treatment for MdDS is limited and morbidity is high.The goal of the study is to determine whether TES can suppress the rocking dizziness of MdDS either as a standalone therapy or as an adjunctive therapy to other forms of neuromodulation such as transcranial magnetic stimulation. The investigators will determine the optimal treatment duration and stimulation parameters.

The presence of Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome (OSAS) has a high frequency in patients victims of a coronary artery disease (CAD) (myocardial infarction, revascularization). Unlike patients seen in a sleep Laboratory with an impact on daytime functioning, CAD apneic patients do not complain in their daytime functioning. The objective of this study is to explore whether the objective cognitive assessment measures may be a good marker of the efficacy of CPAP treatment given to non-sleepy apneic CAD patients. Coronary patients with an AHI between 15 and 40 / h will be treated (or not) after randomization with CPAP treatment. The expected results are: CPAP apneic coronary patients should have a positive impact on cognitive performance, particularly on attention span and working memory measured by improvement in the Paced Auditory Serial Addition Test score (PASAT score).

In this study the investigators plan to systematically characterise infra-slow EEG oscillations during sleep, explore their relationship to the microstructure of sleep, and investigate its role in the physiology and pathophysiology of sleep by co-registration of Full band EEG with polysomnography during wake and sleep in healthy subjects, after sleep deprivation, and in patients with restless legs syndrome/periodic leg movements during sleep (RLS/PLMS).
