This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of WEE1 inhibitor AZD1775 and belinostat when given together in treating patients with myeloid malignancies that have returned after a period of improvement or have not responded to previous treatment or patients with untreated acute myeloid leukemia. WEE1 inhibitor AZD1775 and belinostat may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

The high prevalence (9% in men and 4% in women) of sleep apnea / hypopnea syndrome (SAHS) in adults is now well documented as well as its cardiovascular repercussions. Previous studies showed a conclusive link between SAHS and severe cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, myocardial infarction, heart failure and stroke.Then, SAHS is a public health issue in adults. In this context, early detection of such a disease is crucial if the management is tailored to the patient, the practitioner's choice of therapy moving towards continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) or mandibular advancement device. The detection is based on full nocturnal polysomnography or polygraphic recordings. Polysomnography remains the gold standard but it is a time consuming and costly examination. Polygraphic recording is a test that allows simplified the diagnosis of severe patients, but may not be sufficient for mild form of SAHS. Thus, the SAHS is a pathology under-diagnosed and under-treated. The validation of a technique for identifying patients most at risk to either limit the number of polysomnographic examination is requested.

The investigators wish to conduct a preliminary study to examine the efficacy of meditation among patients with Post Treatment Lyme Syndrome (PTLDS). Specifically, the investigators will use the breathing, meditation, and stretching techniques common to Kundalini Yoga practice. The investigators plan to assess the degree in which this practice can reduce Post-Treatment Lyme Disease symptoms. Because fatigue and pain are so common among patients with PTLDS, the primary focus of this study will be fatigue and pain. Secondary outcomes will include cognitive complaints, physical and mental functioning, medical utilization, somatic symptoms, and psychopathology.

This is a blinded randomized controlled trial to assess the effectiveness of manual therapy to improve hip abduction strength in patients with acute anterior knee pain. The primary objective of this study is to see if manual therapy to the gluteus medius can significantly alter within-session measurements of hip abductor strength in patients with anterior knee pain. The secondary objective of this study is to see if manual therapy to the gluteus medius can significantly alter within session pain in patients with anterior knee pain.

MCS will be delivered by use of an electrode and pulse generator, which are FDA approved for spinal cord stimulation but are not approved for MCS. The study has as a single-arm design with the subject at baseline serving as a control for the response to MCS.

This study will take place in parts: - Dose Escalation (Part 1): Participants receive milademetan alone with different dose schedules - Dose Escalation (Part 1A): Participants receive milademetan in combination with 5-azacytidine (AZA), with different dose schedules The recommended dose for Part 2 will be selected. - Dose Expansion (Part 2): After Part 1A, participants will receive the recommended Part 2 dose schedule. There will be three groups - those with: 1. refractory or relapsed acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) 2. newly diagnosed AML unfit for intensive chemotherapy 3. high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) - End-of-Study Follow-Up: Safety information will be collected until 30 days after the last treatment. This is the end of the study. The recommended dose for the next study will be selected.

European Home Mechanical Ventilation Registry

The European Home Mechanical Ventilation Registry (EHMVR) will enable a thorough evaluation of HMV by documenting the characteristics of HMV patients and their treatment. This will facilitate a prospective, observational study to identify the primary indications for HMV, describe patterns of HMV use in European countries, and characterize changes in the initiation and utilization of HMV over time. The registry will target all adult individuals who have an indication for HMV. In the EHMVR, patient data from routine clinical care will be documented using an electronic case report form (eCRF). The eCRF will record: patient demographic data; diagnostic information (including primary diagnosis, 6-minute walk time, the presence of depression, and quality of life); blood gases; ventilation treatment (including type of ventilator, modes and settings, interfaces used); follow-up data (including failure rates, side effects, technical issues). An initial Pilot Phase will be launched with the aim to enrol at least 200 patients over a 6-month period to determine the feasibility of the registry. Steering committee members and their institutions will be the main participants in the Pilot Phase. After completion of the Pilot Phase, the registry will be expanded across Europe with the goal of enrolling approximately 10,000 patients over 5 years.

This study evaluates the effectiveness of a group cognitive behaviour therapy for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) in decreasing symptoms of IBS, improving quality of life, and normalizing the gut microbiome. Patients will complete an 11-week group cognitive behaviour therapy for IBS within 1 month of being deemed eligible for the study.
