Filter by:This study will evaluate orally administered RVU120, a novel small molecule Cyclin-dependent Kinase (CDK) 8/19 inhibitor, in terms of erythroid hematologic improvement (HI-E) and safety in participants with lower-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). Responding patients are eligible to continue treatment until loss of response/disease progression.
The goal of the study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of ACR246 in patients with advanced solid tumors, to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and Phase II recommended dose (RP2D) of ACR246.
This study aims to retrospectively analyze the HER2 expression of gynecological malignant tumors in Chongqing by immunohistochemical detection, and explore the correlation between HER2 level, therapy response and prognosis based on patient clinical information.
The overall goal of the project is to pilot test CTNow, a multilevel intervention designed to facilitate access and referrals to cancer clinical trials in rural areas through patient and provider education and teleconference resources.
This is a first in human phase I , open label study to evaluate the safety and tolerability of GENA 104A16 administered as a single agent by intravenous (IV) once every 2 weeks ( q2w (1 cycle = 2 weeks) in patients with advanced solid tumors, for who no standard therapy exists, or standard therapy has failed.
The goal of this study is to test the maximum tolerated dose of ACU-D1 in HIV-positive people with HPV-associated vulvar and perianal lesions. The main questions it aims to answer are: - The maximum tolerated dose of ACU-D1 - Safety and tolerability of topical ACU-D1 - Whether topical ACU-D1 induces p53 and p53-mediated downstream signaling (including p21 induction) in HPV-related lesions - Whether topical ACU-D1 enhances markers of immunity in HPV-infected HIV-positive individuals Participants will be asked - To apply ACU-D1 on the lesions twice daily for 4 weeks - 3 biopsies will be performed at the screening and 3 at the end of 4 weeks.
This is a multicenter, open, phase I dose-escalation and dose-expansion study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, initial antitumor efficacy, PK and immunogenic characteristics of LNF1901 in patients with advanced malignancies.
This is a single-center, open-label, single-arm, pilot clinical study using TCRα/β and CD45RA depleted stem cell grafts from haploidentical donors for hematopoietic cell transplantation in 12 to 18 adult patients.
This is a phase I, open-label, first-in-human clinical study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, MTD, DLT, RP2D, the PK characteristics, preliminary anti-tumor activity, the immunogenicity of DXC006 in patients with a variety of solid tumors, including small cell lung cancer, multiple myeloma, and neuroblastoma, and hematological malignancies.
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of ubiquitin-activating enzyme (UAE) inhibitor TAK-243 (TAK-243) in treating patients with a solid tumor that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced) or that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic) and in patients with lymphoma. TAK-243 is a drug that binds to and inhibits the ubiquitin-activating enzyme, an enzyme that is more active on cancer cells than healthy cells, inhibiting tumor cell proliferation and survival.
