This purpose of this study is to assess the feasibility of FLASH radiotherapy for the palliative treatment of painful bone metastases. FLASH radiotherapy is radiation treatment delivered at ultra-high dose rates compared to conventional radiation treatment.

Recent research has suggested that stress and anxiety levels are associated with gastrointestinal (GI) symptoms in endurance athletes (runners, cyclists, triathletes). Yet, there has been limited attempt to evaluate whether GI symptoms during running can be mitigated by interventions designed to reduce stress and anxiety. Thus, this study will evaluate the effects of four-week slow deep breathing and mindful breath counting interventions on subjective and objective measures of stress/anxiety and GI symptoms in runners with mild-to-high anxiety and that are prone to GI symptoms during runs.
The purpose of this study is to customize privacy protected facial expression and body motion tracking for use in the home environment by stroke survivor-informal caregiver dyads by investigating within a simulated home environment, background variability,possible occlusions, privacy considerations, and the motor weaknesses, gait impairments, and facial expressions of stroke survivors and to determine the acceptability of the customized facial expression and body motion technology in stroke survivors and their informal caregivers.
The purpose of this study is to determine the incidence of vestibular dysfunction in traumatic brain injury patients admitted to acute inpatient rehabilitation. This study also seeks to validate the AbilityLab Vestibular Screening Tool (AVeST) and the AVeST+, tools designed to quickly screen individuals for vestibular dysfunction following traumatic brain injury.

Investigators will recruit up to 100 families (children aged 12.0 to 14.9 months and their primary caregivers) at their scheduled 12-month well child care infant visit at Temple Pediatric Care. The purpose of this randomized controlled trial is to examine the impact of implementation of a bedtime routine program, Connect, Calm, & Comfort: 3 Cs for Bedtime ZZZs, to promote better sleep and improve developmental outcomes in toddlers from primarily low-income families.
