There are about 173942 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in United States. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Compare the analytical and clinical performance of hs-cTnI and hs-cTnT assays for the diagnosis of acute myocardial injury and myocardial infarction in patients presenting to the emergency department in whom serial cTnI measurements are obtained on clinical indication.
This phase II Pediatric MATCH trial studies how well larotrectinib works in treating patients with solid tumors, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or histiocytic disorders with NTRK fusions that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced) and have come back (relapased) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Larotrectinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
This phase II Pediatric MATCH trial studies how well selumetinib sulfate works in treating patients with solid tumors, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or histiocytic disorders with MAPK pathway activation mutations that have spread to other places in the body and have come back or do not respond to treatment. Selumetinib sulfate may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
This phase II Pediatric MATCH trial studies how well samotolisib works in treating patients with solid tumors, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or histiocytic disorders with TSC or PI3K/MTOR mutations that have spread to other places in the body (metastatic) and have come back (recurrent) or do not respond to treatment (refractory). Samotolisib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
This phase II Pediatric MATCH trial studies how well tazemetostat works in treating patients with brain tumors, solid tumors, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or histiocytic disorders that have come back (relapsed) or do not respond to treatment (refractory) and have EZH2, SMARCB1, or SMARCA4 gene mutations. Tazemetostat may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking EZH2 and its relation to some of the pathways needed for cell proliferation.
This phase II trial studies how well olaparib works in treating patients with glioma, cholangiocarcinoma, or solid tumors with IDH1 or IDH2 mutations that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic) and that does not respond to treatment (refractory). Olaparib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
This is a prospective, multi-center study, designed to assess mid-term performance of the MOTO Medial® Unicompartmental Knee Arthroplasty (UKA), with patient report outcomes, clinical findings and radiographic analysis.
The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility and safety of the Surefire Infusion System (SIS) for delivery of Drug Eluting Beads Transcatheter Chemoembolization (DEB-TACE) in the HCC population. This study will allow us to determine the effectiveness of SIS for HCC in terms of disease response.
Prospective data collection and evaluation of complete data sets will be performed in the course of routine clinical care of a cohort of consecutive patients (children up to 16 years old) presenting with an isolated femur shaft fracture. Data will be collected during follow-up visits at 3 to 6 weeks, 3, 6, 12 and 24 months, with additional follow-up visits as needed or dictated by individual practice. Final follow-up will be at 24 months, unless a patient requires additional follow-up or another intervention to address an unfavorable outcome (e.g. malalignment, nonunion, limb length discrepancy) noted at the 24 month follow-up visit.
This phase Ib/II trial studies how well sorafenib tosylate and pembrolizumab work in treating patients with liver cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. Sorafenib tosylate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving sorafenib tosylate and pembrolizumab may work better in treating patients with liver cancer.
